LUSH

This visit was my first to the Lush in Newport. Upon entering, all the employees were extremely welcoming. Julia in particular was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions regarding the products. Overall, the customer service at this location was exceptional.

Employees are super thoughtful and really help you find the beat product for your needs. I am a regular customer kudos to you all :)

What do you get when you have knowledgeable workers with natural material made skin care products? You get a cult like following of Lush fans called Lushies along with multiple stacks of Lush products if you allow yourself to get addicted.
Lush is known for making hand made cosmetics that uses all natural ingredients and fights against animal testing. What is there not to like about this company if they use the best quality ingredients to beautify skin and smell divine? In addition to this concept, the shop is set up very beautifully and organized. Every product has a clear indication of what it’s used for along with ingredients and directions in the back. The quality in the products are amazing and it might even inspire you to even start using natural products once you start reaping the benefits.
It’s worth coming over here and finding a product that will benefit your being. They also have the best bath soaps that are known to give you a spa like experience for cheap. There is no wonder as to why this natural beauty supply store is so amazing. Any product with ingredients that are readable and with expiration dates should be adored and praised. I have nothing but great things to say about this brand and anyone that has experienced Lush will most likely agree.

I like this Lush. They are very friendly and tend to carry products that I have not seen in other stores. The only thing is that it is so small. But that seems to be a trend for all of the stores.

Unilocal stars are so relative. Why four stars? Well, first, they made great use of their tiny location (although I find LUSH stores in general do that). Second, although they were clearly overstaffed for a Tuesday Afternoon, I was not harassed or harangued after their initial greeting. Yeah they were close by, how could they not be, but I was left to sniff and rub on and sample all the testers without a hard sell and today was a day I wanted exactly that. I wanted mid afternoon zoned out retail therapy. When I finally had questions all I had to do was zone in and all were answered with a smile. Because of that I purchased way more than I should have and FYI these items are NOT cheap but I enjoyed my experience and am excited to scrub and loofah and find that LUSH-​ous new baby (whoamIkidding!) skin. (If you don’t know LUSH they are natural (vegan?) cruelty free products for exfoliating, cleansing, moisturizing and such.)
