They are really really really stingy with their French fries portion. Most McDonald’s I go to they give better fry portions.

Oh, McDonalds… Unpleasant folks often loiter upstairs and right outside of the restaurant, taking away from the already limited seating and making the experience a little bit more annoying. The unpleasantness continues through the rest of the experience though, with your order having about a 70% chance of being erred and you can best believe *something* you get will be cold. Otherwise, it’s standard McDonalds all the way. It’s the stuff we’ve all come and know to love. Bonus points for them usually being prompt and they’re open pretty late, so. makes for a decent stop when it’s super late coming off or going to the PATH.

They can’t seem to get a complete order correct. Hard to understand how they could expect more than minimum wage. Most can’t follow simple direction. Also, the management does nothing about McBums who ask you for money on the way out. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been at.

The food, as expected, is just like every other McDonald’s. The service is fine and I’ve always received my order at a reasonable time. The hours are great for late night meals. The bathroom, however, could use some work. Homeless people tend to gather outside of the doors, yes, but you can always keep the change from your order and give it to them. They’re not hurting anyone.

I have frequented this McDonald’s many times because it’s right near the Grove Street PATH stop, so it is very convenient for me. Unfortunately, there are always a few people loitering outside this McDonald’s. There is limited seating in this McDonald’s, which you will find on the second floor of the establishment. However, I have never once been compelled to stay and eat my food there. I always grab it and go! It always seems somewhat dirty and has a bad stench at all times-thus, not a pleasant eating environment.

Really? 3 stars? Only reason I give them 2 is because I’m afraid Ronald McDonald is going to come to my apartment and shoot me in the face if I go lower than 2. Where do I start? Bums. They open the door for you(so kind!), and shake you down for change(I pay with a CC). In the door… we get a corral style setup where they take your order at one register, and send you to another counter to get your order. Oh, and the 3 times I went to this Gem of the Golden Arches, the cashier chicks(?) were fighting about boyfriends, Facebook, etc while customers were in line to take orders. ALLTHREETIMES. Double hamburger without cheese(which the double hamburger comes with no cheese), still had that crappy«American cheese food«cheese on it everytime. So free cheese food on my hamburger, yay. Cold fries all 3 times. Did I mention I was there at lunch and dinner time all 3 times, not staggering in drunk at 2am? Oh yeah they’re open at 2am. You know who else is? White Castle, and they LOVE the drunks. Oh, and good luck eating in, because the place is filthy upstairs… that is if there’s even a free spot. Save your time and money… go across the street to Subway where you can sit down and enjoy your fast food.

The McDonalds on Grove St. has been around for quite some time. Conveniently right across the street from the Path entrance. It’s definitely small in comparison to your typical McD which has a play place for kids, drive through, self-serve soda fountain and ample seating. This location has none of those. There is some seating on the 2nd floor and the best that they can do is a walk-up instead of a drive through. Pretty good if it’s the summer time and you like staying out in the heat instead of the cool AC or in the wintertime if you like to be in the freezing cold instead of the comfy heat inside. Bottom line, this location serves its purpose, you get quick and easy food. Are you craving a BigMac, McRib(limited time), McDouble(from the $ 1 menu), McNuggets or simply a large order of Fries? Chances are, it’s one of the above. You walk in, straight shot to the register to place your order. Pay the cashier. Walk around the line and pickup your food. Boom, mission accomplished!

This Macd’s is kind of hidden between other stores around it. It took me a while to realize that it exists so close to Grove street path. It’s not a huge outlet though they do have some seating available at the back and one has to climb few steps.
