I went to here because I had to go to a place near by. I ordered pizza it took a really long time– about 40 minutes, it wasn’t even a really big pizza. The pizza tastes decent but I’d say the service isn’t that great.

In my opinion Jets is definitely much better than places like Papa Johns or Dominoes. The deepdish pizzas with turbo crust is delicious! Also they give you a frequent visitor card and you get a free pizza after you get all the stamps!

Would not order here again. The pizza was not horrible but you might as well order Pizza Hut for the same quality and taste. Nothing special, still looking for a good place to order pizza!

I remember a time before Jet’s Pizza, my friends and i always had to argue about where to get good pizza. Once Jet’s Pizza moved in, we stopped arguing for we all banded together and always knew where to get pizza from. Jet’s Pizza is a very nice and well run Pizza place. The staff is nice and the price is well worth the pizza. I Highly recommend this place to any pizza lovers out there, they have a lot of different options and they have this customer loyal card punch thingy, where if you visit them x number of times, you get a free pizza which is awesome. You can dine in or get it to go, or have it delivered. No matter what you choose, Jet’s Pizza is awesome. The manager is always there to greet you and is always helpful in taking anyones order.

Mmmm. Some of my favorite pizza comes from this place! I don’t really like fast food pizza(dominos, papa johns, etc) but I love Jets! Their deep dish pizza is my absolute favorite. I haven’t had any of their other pizzas but I trust it’s good also. I am seriously convinced they put crack or something because it is so good!

We had thin crust. The topping was fine, the crust was like it came from a Jiff pack. It’s expensive and they charge for delivery. Go somewhere else, the value is awful.

I’m from the Detroit area and grew up going to Buddy’s Pizza(very similar to Jet’s) and we would order delivery from Jet’s when we couldn’t get to Buddy’s. It just reminds me of home and brings a smile to my face when I eat it. In 2007 we moved from the Detroit area to North Carolina and one of the things I missed most was Detroit-style, deep-dish pizza. When we moved to Johns Creek in December of 2011, I never in a million years would have guessed that we’d find a Jet’s pizza here. It’s like a taste of home each time we order. A few things that I love most about Jet’s are: 1– Their ranch dressing I could drink it by the cup it’s so good. Not only is it the best ranch I’ve ever tasted, but it’s made from scratch, in-house. Yumm-o! 2– If you’re going to order their pizza, you MUST get the deep-dish to try at least once. It’s so delicious and get it with Turbo Crust. You can thank me later. ;-) However, if you’re not a fan of the deep-dish, you should give their thin-crust a try. It’s cracker-like and thin… so good. 3– Hands down, they’ve got the best salads in the pizza market. My favorite is the Greek, though I hate that I have to pay extra for black olives instead of kalamata, and I hate that I have to pay extra for croutons. 4– I’m not one to order dessert when ordering pizza. However, I have had the pleasure of tasting their cinnamon bread and I give it five starts. :-) 5– Coupons/Deals If you order online, be sure to check their coupons/deals to see if you can save yourself some $$$ What I don’t like about Jet’s(and why I give it 4 stars instead of 5): 1– The price. It’s one of the more expensive pizza chains and as a result, we only order from there occasionally instead of it being our go-to place. If we order a small pizza, cheese bread, and salad, we’re talking close to $ 30 when all is said and done. 2– The time for delivery If you order delivery expect ATLEAST an hour for your pizza to arrive. It’s mainly because of the traffic in the area, so just be sure to plan ahead if you’re going to order. 3– Easy to mess up an online order I wanted to add extra cheese on my pizza and somehow, I managed to order my pizza without ANY cheese. When it came, I was shocked to see no cheese on my pizza(after waiting for more than an hour AND paying an arm and a leg for said pizza)… we called to tell them that they messed up our order, and they rudely said it was our fault. So we checked… and unfortunately, it was. However, their ridiculous attitude when we called about it was just off-putting. Word to the wise, if you alter your order from the standard… be prepared to pay more and potentially have it get messed up. 4– If you ever go there for a tour(I went with my MOMS Club chapter) be prepared to pay. We went and were never told that there was a charge… they gave us an awesome tour behind the scenes and then told us they’d be bringing out some pizza and bread for everyone. We were surprised and appreciative… and then everyone ate and most of the group left… and the manager came out and said we had to pay. It was over $ 100 for food that none of us ordered. Just be aware if you do ever go for a tour, you WILL be expected to pay.

Went here for lunch. On approach I felt as though I made a bad choice. its strip mall location and empty dining room didn’t give me that«Hell Yeah! this place must be good cuz everyone is here!» vibe. If you come in to eat you better TURBO that crust. Its a buttery, cheesy, season version of regular deep dish that really made the pie. The pizza reminded me of little caesars back in the day, Maybe it was just the square shape. Good food for the price. The wait is a little long and the ambiance is nil.

Yesterday ordered a pizza at 3:45 and it was delivered at 5:30. You can’t blame the traffic on that sloooooooowwww service. No concession or apology offered either! Would have appreciated a coupon or a sorry to say the least. Had to call 3 times to check if they were coming. It was imperative as we had to have dinner before leaving the house for an family activity, and I never thought it would take that long. Served PB and Jelly to my kids instead.

Don’t expect your pizza if you order online. So, we like jets and we used to order delivery from them whenever we had hankering for pizza. We would order online and the pizza would take about 35 – 45 minutes. A few weeks ago we ordered and the pizza never arrived. Over an hour after the order was placed we get a call letting us know that they messed up and they were closing so no pizza tonight. Better luck next time. Today my parents arrived from a trip. They wanted jets. The same thing happens. One of my parents call after an hour and sure enough, «oops, sorry. NOW we see your order.» It’ll be another 40 minutes. They threw in some cinna bites or whatever to make up for it. Not really my thing… but I guess my parents might like them? Anyway… Really, the pizza is pretty good for delivery. Especially the deep dish. Just don’t order online. Also as a side note… they’re kinda pricey for a chain pizza place.

While it isn’t TRUE Chicago style pizza — the deep dish is deep enough and GOOD enough to help w/a craving. My wife, 12 year old, and myself all enjoyed a small deep dish pizza. Only thing I would change about my order would be to go bigger!

If you like Pizza Hut you’ll like Jets. It’s Pizza Hut pizza without the waitress. You order at the counter and then they’ll bring it out to their fast food type tables. No ambiance at all, plastic chairs under painful florescent lighting. Took a while to even get to order as the very sweet lady at register was painfully slow. Took another 30 minutes to get the pizza. Its a good place to go when you want good pizza(couple of steps up from frozen) and you want it cheap. Our large, deep dish was something crazy, like $ 10.99. Would be much better if they sold beer.

Detroit style butter baked pizza is IMO the best style! Biting into a hot slice of Jet’s bring me back to my young childhood where I grew up in Detroit eating Buddy’s and Jets all the time. If you haven’t tried jets I would highly recommend trying them out. For the quality of food, the pricing here is very reasonable. Seating is very limited inside. You can find coupons on the website and just show them to the cashiers even off your phone.

Inexpensive and very tasty pizza. I got the deep-dish pepperoni and mushroom and it was very good. Wifey liked it too. Just the right amount of crunch in the crust and had the right crunchiness all the way through to the center of the pizza. Big pizza for the price and I will definitely be back to try their other pizzas. Note that although this is «deep-dish» style pizza, it ain’t Chicago-style deep-dish and that’s perfectly fine. Just realize that if you’re in the mood for some Chicago-style pizza, this won’t quench that craving — you have to go to Chicago for that! Still, really good pizza at a decent price. Wish I live closer so they’d deliver but not a biggie… I’m in the area quite often anyway. Not really much for dining atmosphere. When I was there, most customers were just picking up to go. There are chairs and tables and TVs but no one else there except the staff. I’d just order ahead and grab enough packets of peppers and shake cheese to get your family through the pizza unless you like dining by yourself.

Many thanks to the Unilocal community, for cluing me in to Jet’s Pizza. While I’m not normally a fan of deep dish pizza(I prefer thinner crust like Antico usually), I was with a group of friends and we were all absolutely starving, Jet’s was within delivery distance with good reviews from some trusted sources, and so we gave it a whirl. For four adults, we ordered the extra large Jet 10 pizza: a rectangular, deep dish pizza covered in mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, hamburger, Italian sausage, bacon and black olives. And forty five minutes later a monster of a pizza arrived piping hot to the front door. Let me just tell you, I put away two slices of pizza that were each easily the size of CD case and three times as deep, and I was full! It was a very well made pizza: crispy crust, solid middle that wasn’t overwhelmed by the toppings(which were substantially piled on top) and not too much cheese and red sauce. The ddep dish just happened to be very filling too. Even with all of us, we still only polished off maybe half of the pizza and couldn’t do anymore damage. Maybe next time a smaller pizza or thinner crust will be ordered instead. The only sticking point of the night was the website. At first, we tried to order the pizza online, but were unable to do so(something wasn’t working right), so we ended up having to phone in the order. Not a big deal, but definitely something to note and correct: sometimes you just don’t feel like talking to another person after being in meetings all day or all week, and having the ability to do it electronically is a really nice option. Other than that, good job Jet’s. I may have to try out your thin crust pizza if I’m in the neighborhood.

For almost the past year, an employee of mine(who lives somewhat close to me who is a native of Detroit) would ask me on occasion, «Tom, have you eaten at Jet’s?» I would answer, «What the hell is Jet’s??» Well, long story short, Jet’s is a pizzeria that started out in Detroit and made its way around the nation showcasing its signature deep dish crust. It sounded brand-x as all, but one day I decided to try it. I think you can tell by the photos submitted and the amount of check ins I have it’s not as cheezy(no pun intended) as I oriniginally intended. On my first visit(located in a fairly new strip on SR141), I went right up and oogled at the menu for about 5 minutes, thankfully no one else was in line to heckle me. Ended up getting a meat lovers 8 corner(yes, there are 8 pieces of deep dish with L-shaped crust on them!) pizza. The pizza comes with a punch. And you have the option to get free crust additives(my favorite– Jet’s TurboCrust– Romano, Garlic, and Butter!) to make it ever better. When they were ready, they give you the box and you can sit down and eat it there. They give you paper plates and have the K&F at the table, but I won’t lie, the crust is so thick, I suggest bringing silverware :) I would have never thought in a million years I would say this, but this is the best deep dish I have had outisde of Chicago, and one of my top 5 all time favorite pizza places. Oh yea, another occasion(New Year’s) I got the 30 slice pizza, and for 30 $, was the biggest f’n pizza I had seen(It was bigger than Pie in The Sky)!!! Great for parties… The food is fresh, the sauce is great, they have Coke Fountain(free refills) and bottles as well(no alcohol though). You also have the option for online ordering and delivery– it is legit! They also have a rewards program too(used by the same company that does loyalty for Crawfish Shack Seafood on BuHi). I think there are 2 locations around, maybe more– I strongly suggest you check it out! It took me almost a year to check it out, but now I have, I became the Duke ;)
