Polished Perfection

I’ve been here on and off for the past 4 years and it’s improved from store décor to technicians to quality of service provided and I must say, I’ve been very impressed. Tracy is the owner, she nice sweet & very good at taking out in growth nails which happens a lot to me because I wear a lot of high heels. I LOVE getting my nails professional done at Polished Perfection.

Super service, nice staff, clean and flexible. Have gotten pedicures, manicures, eye brow wax and lashes here, no issue with anything. Always careful, clean and ready to please customers.

Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure and it was nothing short of fabulous. Mary did my pedicure and she was amazing. She really took her time and gave me the best foot massage on Gods green earth. My manicure has always been top notch no peeling or anything. Very relaxing and friendly staff that make you feel at home. I live in Kennesaw and come to Johns Creek to visit family and I will always make a stop here.

New to the area so I stopped in for a quick pedicure. My nail tech was very nice however my foot started burning after my feet were soaking. She wiped it and it looked like it was starting to blister. I didn’t not have any blister in the area. A small piece of skin pealed from there two days prior. There may have been a tiny little cut. I swam that morning and it wasn’t burning – that next day I took my son and it burned so bad in the pool. It kept getting worse that night. I went to urgent care the next day and got put on antibiotics for a bacterial infection but she thought it might be fungal. I have to go to dermatologist now. So frustrated-​and it really hurts. I’ve never had this happen ever! Very disappointing. Do not go there! I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. ZERO STARS but you have to put one down.

As we drove up an Asian lady flys out the door and throws a large bowl of a chemical liquid all over the sidewalk. I thought I was in a third world country for a moment. Someone call the health department so they can educate these people.

Here on a Sunday afternoon, it’s not really busy… however, I did not have an appointment. Mary was very nice but she rushed through my pedicure, so it was not an enjoyable experience. Some guy took off my nails… in which I was supposed to get a fill in, but decided not to because one of my fingers was cut underneath. He was talking back and forth about it with another nail tech… I’m sure talking crap but then at the end told me not to put anything on that nail. In that case, why are you mad if you’re suggesting at the end not to put anything on it anyways. Of course you don’t care about the well being of my natural nails and just want money… however, I do.
Two stars for Mary’s decent conversation… other than that 0 stars. The person I came with (regular) suggested I should try this place again… but I’d rather not.
