I needed a final copy of my bill to give to Sprint when I switched because T-​Mobile charged me $ 300. This store refused to print me a final copy, even though Customer Service on the phone said I could go to any store and get a printed copy. They refused to print me a copy of my own bill. They said it was ‘their policy’ not to.

I am a young female, I was sexually harassed by the manager of all people. I went into this store the manager James targeted me started flirting with me then asked to see my phone. I showed him then he toke it from me. He then went on to look though my personal photos violating my privacy and trust. When I told him to stop and give my pone back he refused and gripped my phone harder. I had to pry his figures off the phone to retrieve it. Very inappropriate behavior! When I confuted him he lied to my face. My phone was still open to the photos app when I got it back from him. Do not trust the employers at this store.
