This place is awesome they helped me with everything I needed and, I got a upgrade in the process. The store Manager Rashard Izzard is so nice and he’s and man of his word. I had a really amazing experience. Thank you so for all your help!

Unfortunately, zero stars isn’t an option.
In my opinion, you should not go to this store. I had a terrible experience there. I was convinced to purchase a new device (tablet) with the assurance that there would not be any net increase in charges — but that wasn’t correct. I believe that the personnel are paid by how many accessories and data plan changes they sell. When I went to complain, there was another gentleman there with a similar complaint. Run away.
Thankfully VZW corporate eventually, after many calls and escalations, figured out a solution.
