We’ve carried out pulled pork BBQ from Miss LuLu’s three times and it’s been delicious each time. They have several choices of sauces and sides, plus buns and everything you need to make a great, quick and easy dinner. The atmosphere is casual and fun, and there’s plenty of shopping while you wait for your order to get ready. Twice we called ahead to order, and I’d recommend you do that, especially during the busy summer or holiday season. Miss LuLu’s is a great addition to the dining choices for Kiawah and Seabrook Island residents and guests.

Lulu’s is a wonderful addition to the Seabrook Island-​Bohicket Marina area. At first we thought it was a resort wear clothing shop so we didn’t try it. Later it started looking more like a casual dining location, so we tried it. What a great surprise. BBQ was great. Salads were wonderful. Service and décor were terrific. Now we are regulars. All with walking distance!

Truly disappointing. Not even going to waste my time with all details. Average food, slow service (over an hour from placing the order and getting the food). Made for some unique ways to keep two young kids entertained while waiting.

We decided to have some BBQ and we’re glad we tried Miss LuLu’s. The pulled pork was delicious with the traditional sauce. The ribs were smoked very well and good flavor although they were a little tough (not too bad though). The mustard sauce gave them a fun flavor. The burger was good too.
It’s all outside seating and you order at the counter and then find a table.

I came here with some friends because it looked cute and casual. The bbq was excellent. However the service was lacking. We had to ask twice just for our drinks and they forgot one of our sandwiches! My friends didn’t like the chicken sandwich or the BLT. We hear the ribs and burgers are good too, but we wouldn’t know because they ran out at 6 p.m.?! I would come back for the bbq but not much else. Also the one guy who was with us wanted me to mention that the girl who took our order was «spicy» and he wouldn’t mind coming back.

Cumberland, ME
New (April 2015) shop outside of Bohicket Marina with on site smoked BBQ and burgers, dogs and sides. Order at the counter and eat is a very comfy outdoor patio with lots of ceiling fans and a tv. Enjoy sweet tea and lemonade or soft drinks as well.
The food was very good (even the kids liked it) and the hospitality was great. There is an area for kids to play while you wait for food.
Good addition to the Kiawah/​Seabrook area.

Tried this new spot for lunch. Sampled the BBQ sandwich and the ribs. Both were excellent. Would highly recommend giving it a try. Service was quick and friendly. Has some good entertainment for the kids while waiting as well (e.g. Cornhole).

Some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. If it weren’t for the very awkward walk-​in order and pay area, it would be perfect!
