Exotic Tans

Occasionally, I get a spray tan & buy packages. The new cheaper «clear spray machine» at this location does not work well and the color never really develops, if not at all. The girls at more than one location never give me the correct information for the due dates. I think they are used to dealing with mindless idiots & are also very disorganized. I’ve lost a bunch of pre paid tans due to the fact that the issues were not resolved. They will not give a computer print out to you stating what is left or when the packages expire This would solve the problem! You have no way of proving their disorganization and can only rely on their word. This is sneaky. If an employee lies to you or gives you the wrong information you can not go to their boss with proof of their unprofessional behavior! They will not give you printed proof to begin with. This is atrocious and you need to document everything that occurs here after you pay for it. Maybe, he should start hiring college grads, with more pleasant demeanors, since there are enough with debt looking for work. If this happens again I’ll be purchasing my own at home kit from Maxi Mist and will save $$$.

I only came to spray tan and it was my first time. The girl didn’t explain anything about what to do, I had to ask all the questions. There was lotion I guess I could have put places so the solution wouldn’t be too streaky but she didn’t tell me about that or the caps for your hair. I noticed it when I was done the tan because it was kind of tucked behind the booth. If it is someone’s first time I would think the employees would be trained to explain what to do.
