My wife and I just purchased a new table and chair set from Ethan Allen in Johnstown. We had a great experience and outstanding service from start to finish. You are greeted with a smile when you walk in the door and the salesperson we worked with was very professional. It was a very pleasant experience and no pressure or pushy salespeople like some other big box furniture stores we have shopped at. Will definitely do more business with this store in the future.

I used their design services, had some long drapes & shades made for my bedroom. NEVER again. First I had to wait over 6 months for them, went through 2 designers, when I finally got them after much hassle, they came to install them, and they didn’t even have the block out liner that I payed a arm and a leg for. My advice, do not pay your hard earned $$ on this company unless you want a big headache and then don’t get what you want! They do not even deserve 1 star.
