Chuck E. Cheese’s

I really love this Chuck E Cheese. It’s always so clean and the staff is so friendly. You can go and have an hour or so of fun and lunch for about 20 bucks. Chuckie comes out with free tickets a lot also. There’s decent coupons on the website or if you sign up for them in your email but they are only 15 tokens or so away from the regular deals or a couple dollars off.

We had my daughters birthday party at this location. I had the worst experience. Watch your token, or you will be charged for &12.99 per cup used. They also don’t tell you it’s 1.99 for any adult who sits at your table. Yes, my daughter had a good time, that’s what counts. Just watch your bill. I called the corp. office. Nobody, ever said” sorry” for the actions, I was unhappy with.

We had my nephew’s 6^th birthday party here on 1÷3÷15. It was a great experience. We were one of the only parties scheduled for 12:30 so the kids were able to run like crazy around the long tables.
Very clean, attentive staff, and all machines were working. We may have more parties here — good value for the money! Food was decent and chocolate cake was very rich.

It is Chuckie Cheese. Luckily, I know some people that work there and hooked my daughter up with an extra cup of tokens. Haha I still love the pizza and flaming finger!

I will admit-​I had a hard time clicking the 5 star rating on a place like Chuck E Cheese’s, but I just don’t have any reason to give it anything less.
Came here with husband and toddler on a weeknight around 5:30pm. Toddler was celebrating potty training success and husband and I were celebrating the newfound freedom of not having to carry around that blasted diaper bag anymore. We ordered right away and the on duty manager took our order. We had a coupon which she let us keep for next time, which I appreciated. There were maybe two other families when we arrived.
We got our drinks and found a table. This place is clean. Much cleaner than I would expect for this kind of place, but that might change during peak times. We played a few games and our pizza arrived shortly thereafter.
The pizza was better than I thought it would be. We also ordered cheesy breadsticks which were a nice complement to the pizza. Is this gourmet pizza? No-​you get what you pay for here. Was it better than pizza hut? Yep.
We played a few more games and a few more families had arrived, but the place was still relatively empty and awesome. Chuck E came out and threw some tickets to the kids, which they enjoyed. We counted up our tickets and were quickly met by the on duty manager again to turn them in for crap that toddler did not need. He found something he liked but was short about 30 tickets, and the manager was so nice to oblige his request.
Said toddler is already asking to come again and I have a feeling we’ll be back soon.

Great place to celebrate a child’s birthday. The staff did an outstanding job. The food was good and so was the entertainment. Everything from beginning to end was flawless. The customer service was excellent. I’m so happy we celebrated our daughters 5^th birthday here. Thanks Chuck E Cheese in Joliet for making this a memorable and stress free day! You really did handle it all.

Gone is the inedible cardboard pizza — what they serve these days is actually pretty decent. It’s a little pricey — $ 40+ for a large pizza and 80 tokens, with 4 drinks. However, I think if you plan ahead you can probably get coupons. It gave our kids a couple of hours of fun. We came on a Saturday night and it was not overly crowded, which was nice. It was clean, including the restrooms!

My wife and I brought our six year old son here for the afternoon. Here are my impressions:
STAFF: Everyone was quite friendly and any game related issues were resolved quickly.
CLEANLINESS: Considering the daily traffic they probably get I would have expected more of a mess, but the restrooms and main area were very clean.
PRICING: It was only $ 30 for a pizza and 50 tokens. Since every game can be played for only one token this amounted to a couple of hours of entertainment for our son.
GAMES: I didn’t see any of their games down for repairs and only one of the ticket machines appeared to be down. I am fairly sure that had only just begun having an error do the state of the games gets a thumbs up. I do question some of the game choices since the place is geared at small children. There was a couple of games sized for adults with pistol grips or driving controls (pedals) too large or spaced out for a small child to handle.
All in all a good experience and I would bring our son back.

My daughter loves this place. The games are only 25 cents, you cant beat it!
