Would give it zero stars if I could. Waited over two hours for our order, and had to call the store twice. They assured us it would be here right away. Never received our food. Had to ask the manager for a refund after two hours. He said«Okay, well if it does show up, tell them you spoke to a Manger.» «If» it shows up?(which it never did). How does this guy not know where his driver or our pizza is? Being pregnant, eating on a semblance of a schedule is important. This threw our whole evening off. Will never order here again. Awful!

Not all Domino’s are created equally. Based on the Unilocal reviews, I had been avoiding this particular one. But I just had a pizza from this Domino’s last night and I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza — a handmade pan pizza with banana peppers — was really, really good. The people were quite friendly and one even ran in front of me on my way out to hold the door as I was fumbling with the pizza in one hand and my purse in the other… a nice«above and beyond» type of response for a carry-out pizza place. Bravo Joliet Domino’s, bravo!

This place is embarrassing, to put it kindly. Worst service I have ever received in my life. Their delivery people are nice enough, but the rest of this joint is made up of high school drop outs and olive garden rejects. Thanks for making the decision over where to buy cheap pizza on nights I’ve had too much to drink an easy one, dominoes. Papa John’s… Whaddup?!

Parm. Bites were soggy and undercooked. They are usually the best item there, so this was depressing. Pizza was decent for dominos. service fast

On June 17th, I placed an order for 2 pizzas, one hand tossed, one thin crust. as well as 40 boneless wings. This totaled out to a bit over $ 47.00 The Boneless Wings were burnt, the pizza cold as heck. So I e-mailed them via corporate contact us. They replied on June 22nd. 2013 They offered to replace 2 large pizza’s with 1, and 40 wings with 8, as well as a free 2 litre. What I ended up getting in addition to that was a cheesy bread, and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, Oh, and I had to pay for the sauce cup on free chicken! The Cheesy bread advertises more cheese than a medium, but it had very little cheese on most of it, and the bottom was burnt black. The pizza, burnt not only on the bottom, but the top also The chicken, burnt again and the bread on the«toasted sandwiches» was incinerated. At this point, I just want all my money back, and I won’t be ever ordering from this Domino’s again. Oh, and that 2 litre? it was 90 degrees yesterday and that 2 liter felt every bit of 90 degrees. It had to sit in the freezer to cool down for over an hour before it was even drinkable at a cold temperature. I’ve had communication problems for years with this location, so I was quite happy when web ordering came to be due to Domino’s getting confused by a relay representative trying to place an order However every time I place a web order, via credit card, WHICHISPREPAID! They still insist on calling me to follow up, and then I can’t understand them. I’m not sure what the problem is with chain locations in this city, This is the place where chain restaurants come to die! Every chain I’ve eaten at in Joliet seems to have brain damaged employees who can’t get the most simple requests right, like bring a cold 2 liter of soda.

Their food is typical Domino’s, but the service at this one is terrible! Every time we have ordered from them, 3x out of 3, they messed SOMETHING up with our order, and when I call and let them know, they never offer a discount. or to remove item from the total price, just a feeble ‘oops sorry!” and then they say they’ll bring us a new one which usually takes them over an hour to do, even when they just forgot the salad. So why did we go back after the second time? 3 strikes rule.
