IHOP

I use to love the food at this location. I dont know if its just new cooks or change in management/​ownership but the food is horribe. The place smells like mildew. The bathrooms are the worse.

I wish there was a «-star» rating. This place should just be gutted and start over with new interior, new management, new staff, new everything! The waitstaff did not write down our order– recipe for disaster. The people at the table next to us complained they have been waiting for their drinks for 30 min. (they are patient, I would’ve been long gone), their meal came in bits and pieces. Probably the sorriest eatery I have been to in many years. I don’t mind paying for good food and good service, actually will even shell out more if it’s warranted. The worst IHOP I have ever been set foot in!

I can’t give any stars… waited for over an hour to get our food after we placed our order… a family that was waited on after us received their food and was half way done eating… we asked our waitress what was the wait she said that she couldn’t do anything… she could have sent a manager to the table. so we got up and left after 1 hour of waiting for our food we will never go back there again. .and I am so shocked we have never had such bad service there before.

Stopped by to have breakfast with my daughter. When I walked in no one me acknowledged that I was even there. I got closer to the register and the lady checking out customers was running credit card payments. Totally understand she was busy but you cant ignore everyone else around you and if you’re that busy ask for help. After waiting for about 10min, I politely asked if I could seat myself when I saw a gentleman dress somewhat like a manager and he replied «she has to check you in» and walked away not interested in handling the situation. Have in mind no one else was waiting to be seated so it’s not like I was jumping the line. The only people in the front were people already checking out. I looked around and it looked like the people seated were looking around to get attended. Clearly they were understaffed but what made it worse was the lack of good customer service. Don’t know if management has changed but there is clearly a difference since I last stopped by. Very disappointed. Not a place worth spending my money on so I left. Don’t think anyone working even noticed.

Food decent but slow service. Got a large portion. This dtore needs ti be updated soon. Busy a Wen.

I had to put one star just to write this review. But don’t deserve anything. Our waitresses Cassandra was very rude and has zero people skills. We waited a long time for our meal and it was wrong when it arrived. She made fun of the customers. I will never eat there again!!!

This was the worse I Hop Restaurant I’ve been to. As my daughter and I waited for a VERY long time for our food, we shooooed flies away. And when I got my eggs, I ordered, over easy, they were fried and cold and I DARE NOT ASK to have new food. I saw the person cooking, he DID NOT LOOK HAPPY! And with ALL the flies every where who knows what the kitchen looked like. And they also over charged me for my food.

Nothing like grabbing the paper or tablet and having a sampler plate of breakfast staples. Though I wish I could have the Eliminator pull up, and three escorts take me out for a makeover… and then have revenge on people who pissed me off earlier in the week.

I had a craving for chicken and waffles. I really should have known better than to go here. What I got was chicken strips, and a very soggy obviously microwaved waffle. I will NEVER in life eat here again. McDonalds is better than this place and much cheaper.

Ordered simple breakfast on a Friday late morning. Crap. Eggs burnt (significant tan scorch marks). 2^nd order of eggs scorched (but a little less tan scorch marks). I like the little carafe of coffee they give you, but the coffee was old. The hash browns were a disaster, like mashed potatoes, because the cook probably abandoned them on the grill, never bothering to turn them. Bacon was OK. Pancakes were like drywall paste, which is a sin as this is the International House of _​_​_​_​_​_​_​. Waitress was nice and understood my complaint, indicating she hears LOTS of complaints and is sympathetic. I told her, in front of 2 other servers, that they need to say something to management because when the kitchen puts out crap, it affects the tips they get plus they have to run back & forth to re-​order food that’s cooked poorly. I didn’t want to speak to the manager, as he was running around with a scowl on his face and I figured he’d pull out his scimitar and try to behead me leaving me with no other choice but to shoot him. $ 10 crap uneaten food + $ 1 tax + $ 2 pity tip = $ 13 waste of time and money.

Great food. Great service. Wait staff is excellent. Manager is always polite and friendly. We go mainly for breakfast but I love their bacon cheeseburgers also.

This review is specific to breakfast entrees with eggs of which I have tried 4 to 5 different entrees. I have never tried the pancakes.
I have been to this restaurant about 8 times and the food is nothing to write home about. The service has always been good. My most recent visit was very disappointing. I ordered the western omelet and it had no taste. Not sure how that could have been the case given that it had cheese, ham, green peppers, and onions, all very tasty in my opinion. I gave it two stars because prior visits were just OK and one bad visit does not necessarily mean every visit is bad. (However, if a second visit is bad, I never go back.) The main reason I visit this restaurant is because it is a half way meeting point for a breakfast meeting. For my most recent visit I had a free entrée coupon which would have made the visit worthwhile. But because of the lack of taste, it was not worth it, even with the coupon. Because of this most recent issue and the fact that this IHOP has never been anything better than just OK, I will not be going back.

Busy on Saturday mornings. Not the best IHOP I’ve ate at but its ok. They don’t keep their syrups, napkins, condiment etc on the tables. And only had the basic syrup for my pancakes. Fast and friendly service. Tables are pretty close to each other.
