Had an unnecessarily bad experience trying to get flowers delivered to my house that had been ordered as a gift for me. Delivery guy called multiple times, left multiple long rambling messages, bothered my neighbors, and wouldn’t just leave the flowers at my house without talking to me first — all this within the span of a couple hours when I was not available. When I called the store later that day to set up a delivery time, the woman that answered the call was so rude she hung up on me and said they wouldn’t deliver the flowers! There’s no shortage of flower shops in this town — go elsewhere. Shouldn’t be so complicated.

I was very disappointed with Joliet floral company. I ordered via phone«the love and laughter» bouquet for my wife for our 10th anniversary as hit had a lot of purple flowers and a purple vase. Purple is my wife’s favorite color. I had picked out this bouquet by looking at their website. The bouquet has three price points basic(as shown), deluxe and premium. As this is a special anniversary for my wife and I I asked for the premium price point for 69.95. They didn’t have the purple roses that were supposed to be part of this bouquet so I asked to substitute pink roses. They didn’t have the purple vase. They promised a purple ribbon, but it ended up being pink. And they had to substitute half the other flowers too. When I receive the bouquet it looked less full then the basic level one showed on the website, yet they still charged me the premium price.
