The customer service here is definitely lacking. If you get upset over poor customer service you may want to skip this location. I can definitely see why it’s always dead. The staff is of very little help and they treat you in my opinion, rather rudely. It’s a shame because I like supporting a small box companies like this but these people don’t deserve my business.

Pretty good service. A lot better than Staples in Shorewood and not as many people either.
