Pizza For U

I use to order garlic bread and pizza from this place every Saturday. This last time the garlic bread was burnt and had a funny taste. I called to talk to the manager who seemed annoyed just talking to me his response was we can remake it but it will taste the same. I didn’t even want it remade. I just wanted an apology. I’m a simple guy. However, the rest of the staff is always amazing, friendly, and on point.

They have good pizza, I have never had a problem myself. The price is right and the pizza is mouth burning hot usually. Don’t recommend delivery or ordering in advance. Its not a super huge franchise so they may decide to take their sweet time getting it to you. It’s at the cook’s discretion!

We came in and were excited to try the buffet. There were 3 tables with a total of 12 people. There was hardly any pizza on the buffet. After having a salad and waiting over 30 minutes they added 2 pizzas. When asking to speak to a manager they said «there wasn’t a manager on duty, and they didn’t know they were going to be that busy» … Really 15 people is busy? Horrible service, food is ok. Don’t waste your time or money. We definitely will not be back.

The reason behind the 3 stars is because the food is great! The beef pocket is our family favorite we haven’t tried the pizza but I hear its great too! Unfortunately this location disappointed me tonight. I am a very good customer and always save the coupons on the side of the box for a free pizza. I use them for a free beef pocket though and have many times before, I am not sure if since they moved to larkin they are under new management because before I could always use my free pizza coupons for a beef pocket. I understand there are rules for a reason and people take advantage too much. But the person i spoke with on the phone asked his manager if I could use the coupons for a SMALL beef pocket and he would not allow it. All they had to do is look at my history to see I never buy pizza and I order probably more than I should from there to know that a free pizza is not going to make me happy or make me feel appreciated for being a good customer. I have worked in the restaurant business and it annoys me when businesses do not try and keep their good customers happy. Its not that hard! I wasn’t asking for much, I am really disappointed in this location tonight and probably will just stick to the Brook Forest location.

Staff was very nice. We ordered over the phone they said 20min, when we got there they said 8 more minutes, 45min later we finally got our food. Beef roll was delicious. The mozzarella sticks looked cheap and tasted cheap, plus they weren’t even hot. We ordered a 2liter of coke, when we got there there was one left in the fridge which a delivery driver took off with, when they realized they didn’t have any more coke they didn’t even offer to comp us for the mistake. Definitely won’t be going back.

OMG they said 45 mins. Hour and a half later we are still waiting. No thank you never again.

Very nice eat in pizza place! I personally love their pan pizza with garlic butter crust! The marinara and pizza sauces are so good you could literally drink them. They also have a pizza lunch buffet during the week that comes with salad pasta breadsticks pizza and a drink for $ 9 and is all you can eat! Great deal! I usually carry out or get free delivery from the shorewood location though!
