Very disappointed with our experience so we left and went Kandelas, which is ALWAYS outstanding and has a better atmosphere with better food. Wouldn’t have even gone to chili’s had I not had a gift card…

This place doesn’t impress. The experience hinges on who the server is. The food is pedestrian. Tonight there were way too many mistakes from the kitchen. The food was very slow and wasn’t hot when it got to us. And the kitchen didn’t follow our food preferences. Generally, it’s… meh.

Today it was just less than spectacular. My son’s nachos were cold and had jalapeños on them and a few black beans. My husbands shrimp was a little chewy. My enchiladas were not hot at all and the rice was just so less than. They completely forgot to cook my youngest child’s food which delayed my other four children eating period because we all eat together. It was in general not an enjoyable experience for the amount of money that I wasted there tonight. As usual a hit or miss experience.

The service has really improved! I’ve been multiple times without any problems at all! The food has even gotten better! They have a lot of new items like the skillet mashed potatoes which were amazing! I tried a Blackberry Smash Margarita which was amazing(I wanted to order a second!) I’m really glad that it’s gotten better because I really enjoy Chili’s.

On 1÷1÷15, we called ahead for a reservation for 7 for my daughters birthday. When we arrived they said they had forgotten to write down the call-in and rudely said the wait would be 1 hour. When leaving we overheard them telling the next party of 6 it would be a 20 min. wait and also noticed a full empty section in the restaurant. We took our $ 120 down the street to Sumo where they were more than happy to serve us. Will never go back to this poor excuse for a restaurant.

My wife and friends ate lunch there today. Me, my wife, and friends wife all had the same thing and we’re all sick within minutes of leaving the restaurant. I’ve had bad service there in the past but the food has never made me sick. This was the last chance for them. Chilis will never get another dime from me.

like others have said, the service is hit or miss. it can be great one night & you can get your food quickly or it can take forever the next. besides that, the servers are great & the food is always fresh.

The food is usual for chilies here but what I don’t appreciate is the process of getting a table. Apparently this is a dry county but this place has managed to find a way to have alcohol. They are technically a private club and have found a loophole. This is a new arrangement and they still have no actual bar. What I don’t like is when you first get to the place the hostess shoves a clipboard in your face with a sheet of paper you have to fill out… just to get a table. You have to join their club in order to be served. No joke. Then you get a card you must keep in order to get back in the restaurant next time. I threw mine in the water when I left. The hostess offered no explanation of what was going on. We just went with it and figured this out later. It was just irritating and rude the way we were treated.

This place is the PITS! Dirty, run hard and put up wet! slow service, undercooked burger(when we both asked for well done!). And no limes… at a Chilis? What has the world come to? Perhaps someday they’ll run out of chile!
