I came here because a friend wanted seafood. When I walked it it was a chill environment, not too much going on but I could immediately tell it was for an older crowd. They did play nice hip hop/r&b music. I arrived late so my friend order before me, I say there for at least 10 minutes before the server came to see about me. Once she did come to our table she asked for my drink then forgot to mention to my friend that they ran out of crab legs, which was her whole meal. I asked for a glass of water and it took around 15 minutes to get that. We had to call the manager to serve us because we didn’t understand what the hold up was because they were not busy. Our food finally come out and it was pretty good. I ordered 10 wings and 3 fingers meal. It was a lot of food but the wings didn’t amaze me and were terrible for left overs! I’m not against going back but the service has to improve.

their hours of operation is false! i went here on a saturday thinking they were open. well the door was open but when i went inside two employees kindly and loudly escorted me out! if you are closed the doors should be locked and the time of operations that are posted at the entrance should be change to show accuracy! on google it says 3 thats false! the employee told me thats for their camp creek location! gas wasted

I love this place. It’s my favorite ! You must try the giant Margarita. Like a fishbowl! Yasssss! Great wings, lots of tv’s to watch the game. They also have karaōke on Thursdays with bucket of crab legs. Very cozy spot.

Worst… Bar… ever.: Located in the middle of the HOOD. Wait staff not friendly. Tables not wiped down properly. Music too loud. Dust and spider webs everywhere in waiting area in front of restaurant. And the bathroom… That was one of the nastiest restrooms I’ve ever been in. Floors wet from either overflowing toilets or urine. Black mold on the back of toilet and on floor running along the bottom edge of the walls. I wanted to spray myself down with Lysol after leaving there.
I went there for a party for a friend, and while I enjoyed the party, I didn’t enjoy the venue. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

One waitress who was also the bartender, for a party of 5 with only wings, nachos, and chicken fingers, I can’t understand why it took about 30 minutes. While waiting, we never got drink refills, part of the order wasn’t made, and then they ran out of TEA!!! How can you run out of tea?
The bathrooms were so nasty that I think wiping myself was cleaner than touching anything in there! Overall the restaurant was dark, dirty, dingy, and nasty! This was truly a bottom of the barrel restaurant!
I will NEVER return to this place. It is hood, ghetto, nasty, and disgusting! Did I mention that the older make manager took our displeasure very lightly!!! When we challenged him as to why he wasn’t helping the one waitress… He said he had paperwork to finish.
Go figure…

This is absolutely horrible. One waitress. One bartender. One cook. The waitress has no memory. Took FOREVER to get my food. Took 45 minutes to get extra salsa. Go to pay and waitress is nowhere to be found to pay. When we find her… the prices in their system do not match the deals they are advertising. And they are still automatically taking tip… which is no against the law. Overworked and alone. We have followed the waitress from table to bar to table to pay station. For over an hour… and still I have yet to pay. They need to do better. Cause this is a mess!!!

I don’t live very far from this spot and the lot always appears full in the evenings. A girlfriend of mine is a regular there and told me how much she enjoys the crab leg specials. We went on a Thursday night in late April for the $ 10.99 crab legs (three clusters) and various drink specials. At 8pm the parking lot looked pretty full but on the inside there were still plenty of available tables. It was maybe half full. The first table we sat was near the big screen TVs and we were only seated a minute before a waitress approached us. The music was so loud in that area we thanked her for coming over and let her know we were changing seats and moved one section over. The table we chose had not been cleared and after about 10 minutes we stopped a passing waitress to ask her for assistance. She politely explained it was not her section but she would send our server over. After about 10 minutes the passing waitress returned and cleared and cleaned the table for us. We never found out who our real server was because the passing waitress went ahead and took our orders since another 10 – 15 minutes had passed without service. I ordered the crab legs and a beer and the hubby ordered wings and fries and tea. We chatted for 15 – 20 minutes before I went to wash my hands. On my return the crab legs had arrived but not the rest of our order. The crab legs were cold, like they had been in the refrigerator. It wasn’t a big deal I know they could warm them quickly even if they had to microwave. I asked the waitress to bring me warm crab and she said my crab was cold because I went to the bathroom– RILLY! About 15 minutes later the rest of the order arrived and I was still waiting for hot crab legs. She did bring them out a short time later and I thanked her. I was peeved about the insinuation that it was fault my food arrived cold and also because she made no apologies about the fact that our orders arrived 15 minutes apart. It really wasn’t even that crowded and plenty of servers were walking about. The wait time and the offhand service were my biggest issues with the place. The food was very good actually. The wings were meaty, crispy, fresh and hot, the fries not so hot but ok, the crab legs were scrumptious once they came back hot. The tea was sugar water but the waitress replaced it with another selection without any issue. I decided within the first hour there that I would not return. After sleeping on it I just might go back for crab leg night with my expectations adjusted for the service. Hey they were good crab legs!
