The town hall of Julian is important. It’s where the bathrooms are. Of course, restaurants and places also have bathrooms, but if you have just driven into town and you need to take your kids IMMEDIATELY, go here. It costs a quarter. I believe the town hall can make change for you(they did for a lady I witnessed). TIP: Bring some quarters to Julian! Parking’s free. Restrooms are not.

This place is pretty cool. I stopped by on a recent visit to Julian, after we realized that most everything was closed on Tuesdays. But thank goodness this place was open! And had a local craft fair to boot! We went early November and they were decorating for Christmas already… really cute. Tip: Do not use the restrooms here, they charge you .25 cents and they are DIRTY!
