Cafe Sole

Good food, good service. We really enjoyed the Mexican «pizza» that was a special. We have enjoyed both times we have eaten here and will definitely be back. Great lunch spot, but we enjoyed dinner there too.

Found this little place with my mom. Nice menu. Clean and neat. I ordered the Greek chicken wrap and my mom got the Greek pizza. Both were out of this world. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been going to this lil gem of a café for more than ten years, so I finally asked the owner how long they have been open — 19 years! That kind of staying power in this era of open-​close restaurants says something for them. I like the fresh quality of the salads and my husband likes the sandwich and unique pizza options. They have a limited menu and only a few wine options, but they are so consistently good at these. How many choices do you need when you just want a fast, delicious meal? My fave is the Sole Salad, hold the red onion and add chicken. The greens are chopped to an edible size, and it’s loaded with interesting veggies. Just go try it!

Love love love this place! Their balsamic dressing is literally to die for. And you can buy it in bowls so you can take it home to put on your own salad. I love their portobello mushroom sand which and their orzo pasta salad is awesome. I wish I could speak for the other food but I’m so addicted to these (and the side salad) that’s all I ever get! The only downside is that they are a little pricey for lunch (10 – 12 about… not terrible but not a grab and go sub) but you get a lot of food and it lasts me two meals. Service is usually pretty quick and waitresses friendly. I’ve also ordered takeout quite a few times and my order is always correct! I think the only downside is that I moved and so they are farther away and I don’t get to go as much

Loved Café Sole. Recommended to us by the owners of the HINDU sailboat and we weren’t disappointed. Their main dish of snapper which is most popular is what we ate. Plus they had ROMBAUER Chardonnay –cougar juice – so we had a bottle of that. We would come again but alas we live in CA.

Meh. I’ve experienced better (2 star Unilocal definition) and that about sums it up.
For years I have past this place, stopping in once with friends. I don’t recollect that experience, but I’m sure if it was like this one, it was probably the reason why I was not in a rush to return.
Three of us looking for a good healthy or somewhat healthy and quick lunch. The menu is ok, lots of veggies in the nightshade family which is fine for some, maybe not for others. No gluten free options if you need/​want it other then nixing bread.
The waitress was not overly friendly and it appeared as if she was doing us a favor for taking our order and when I asked specifically about adding grilled chicken to my salad it seemed like a chore to get a response. Be advised that Café Sole does not have nor will they make plain grilled chicken. All of their chicken is pre-​seasoned/​marinated with a dozen or so spices etc. which is not what I was looking to add.
So we all ordered salads sans chicken and at the end of the day, we can get lettuce anywhere with better service.
Final note: The restrooms were without paper towels which to me is not a good sign.

5 Stars for what it is they are doing and in comparison to the surrounding area.
–Yama Salad: Excellent, ginger dressing similar to Japanese style. I like less lettuce and more stuff like tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, carrots, this salad is an A+. peanuts and homemade croutons make this slightly less healthy but I’ll take my chances health wise with that over a cheeseburger. This salad is everything you want for about $ 10. Filling
–Caribbean Chicken Wrap: This will wake you up and put a smile on your face. They know what they are doing and they cook it together and it blends nicely. 86 the lettuce for me, you might feel different but I detest warm lettuce. Everything else is negotiable. Another HR on the menu for me.
–Pizza: Good but make sure you ask for sauce. I had a sausage pie and there was no tomato sauce, still good but I was surprised you needed to ask for it.
–Rosemary Chicken on foccacia bread: The bread makes the sandwich but be warned it’s a lot of carbs. Tasty though.
–Hot cup of coffee $ 1.50-winner! They have bottles of Sierra and Fat Tire if you want to go that way.
–Lots of seats inside and out, they have a surge during lunch, might have to grab a stool inside.
–Staff is courteous and busy. They are constantly working when I am in there.

The food (spinach soup, eggplant parm sandwich, black beans) was tasty and nutritious, and the waitress was skilled and cheerful, the prices reasonable. The black beans were deliciously spiced, some of the best I’ve ever had. This place is a find.

From out of town, going to Publix and saw Café Sole. Glad I did. Got a Works pizza to go and it was excellent. Took less than 15 minutes.

Great pizza it’s small four slices enough for two if you want something lite.
The wraps are real good too.
Good location at Juno Beach and if you have an RV it’s next to Juno Ocean Walk RV park.

Good food and good service. Fresh and very tasty. They are like the only place to stay in business food wise in this shopping center and that says it all.

I have been here multiple times on vacation. The wraps are phenomenal. I have had the chicken Caribbean and the Greek chicken both of which I would get again. The tostada pizza is amazing too. They have a great selection for vegetarians also. Just be sure to get there early because they close at 8:30pm

Great fresh pizzas & salads here especially after a day at the beach. You can get a table outside or inside for some yummy food from a friendly server. We are never disappointed!

This is an excellent place near the ocean and dog beach. Great outdoor seating with a friendly staff. I have tried many items on the menu and all have been good. The sole salad is a good start if you haven’t been here before.

This is a great restaurant with fresh food. Whenever I come here I always get the warm Pita bread and hummus. I love the flavor and is the best hummus I have ever had. The wraps are plenty big when you order them and do not come with sides. I would like to see options of fruit with these wraps. The pizzas are also a great choice. I got the Mexican style pizza and it was pretty much a pizza with taco salad on top of it. There usually isn’t many people working which stretches the servers thin and when it is busy, the service can be a little slow. Overall great place and get the hummus even if you don’t like hummus, I promise you will like theirs.

We had the corn chowder, spinach soup, portobello wrap, and a salad with Yama dressing. It was all delicious. Fresh, flavorful and good service. A shade on the expensive side for lunch ($ 40 for the above with tip) but it was quite good.

Went to the dog beach in Jupiter. Tall good-​looking musclebound guy was asked where I could get a quick bite of lunch he enthused about this place saying that great sandwiches and wraps. When I got there the place was empty except for what I thought were two customers sitting at a hightop outside talking to someone shocked to find out that the two girls at the hightops are actually servers been ignoring me I had to China Chihuahuas they both weigh less than 5 pounds together inside a carry case when one of the girls tell me we don’t serve pets here. When I inquired about take-​out she didn’t make a move I went inside and discover that the entire place was empty except for a cook in the back. I helped myself to a menu looked at the lackluster assortment and then the same girl came back in and basically refused to take my order. I wasn’t going to let my dogs sit in the car so I endanger them or risk a ticket for animal abuse.

No décor, hidden location snd lazy staff with attitude. Now that’s a winning formula for restaurant success if I ever heard one LOL

I’ve been here too many times to count, and today I decided to write a review because out of all the years I have been coming here (since 2007), I finally received excellent service.
Don’t get me wrong, the food is absolutely perfect (I get the Caribbean Chicken wrap or the Grilled Veg wrap every single time), but sometimes the service is just awful. Some of the girls here either act like they’re being inconvenienced when you walk in, or you get completely ignored altogether…
Today, I was greeted by a girl on the staff named Mindy. She really made me rethink my opinion of the entire team here. She had a huge smile on her face when saying «hello,» while opening the door for me. And even though I was ordering take out, she didn’t make me feel rushed to pay, or feel rushed to head out the second the meal was ready.
I really appreciate hospitality like this, and it makes me not dread walking in here like I have in the past.

One of my favorites. I would love to review the whole menu, but I am unable to as the only thing I ever get is the Potato Chicken pizza. Let me tell you this is a must try! Its pizza with pieces of chicken, pieces of potato, bacon, tomatoes, onions with cheese and ranch dressing (I always ask for the ranch on the side so I can dip each delicious bite!)
The service is great, the restaurant is clean. It is located just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend it!
