Slow and sloppy service. Small Resturant but full menu. Server was ok. Host terrible. May be a crack addict I love ihop but not good on any level. Food was under cooked an d sloppy too

I had the best service here on Saturday night/​Sunday morning! I was out celebrating an anniversary with my friends. Rachel was our server and she let us know early that she was still new but if there were any questions she couldn’t answer she would get them for us. She was super helpful and on point with everything.
The food was super good and the service was excellent. Thanks for being open and allowing my large group to come in to help me celebrate!

I have been to many IHOP before this IHOP was the worst. The waitress acted like she didn’t want to serve me and my family. We was good. But this will be the last time I’m coming to this IHOP.

Food was great! Our waitress was Melissa and made sure our glasses were full. She was fast and friendly. Very clean and would go back.

San Mateo, CA
Very small, hallway-​like ihop. They only had half of the restaurant open which made sense at midnight. Only one waitress and one cook. It’s an open kitchen so you can watch the action. Food came out fast and was as expected.
