Dear Pizza Hut,
Although the pictures taken of the pizzas, heaven knows what the toppings are and also perhaps the names of the pizza for us foodie who eat with our eyes before the other senses come into play. Mahalo much

Several years back while on a visit to Hawaii on Maui, we made a stop in here. We had just returned from a long drive on the road to Hana.
It’s just another PIZZA HUT. Surprisingly, IMO, not any different than other PH franchise. First time I had a pie with pineapple toppings on it and it was NOT my last. Hey, when in Rome…
Service was good. It was mid afternoon, so the place was not crowded nor deserted.

I miss the all you can eat buffet at Pizza Hut. My brothers and I would eat till we were stuffed. This is place is okay. Nothing beats the thick crust with all that grease on the bottom. My only complaint is the large has shrunk. Or maybe I just got bigger. Maybe both.

Pizza arrives 12:05, 30 minutes late. No apologies.
*Does not have Sierra mist. No apologies.
Drivers says will be here in 15 minutes
Called to check on Sierra mist 12:35. Call center speaks to manager, manager to call me directly. No apologies.
Manager Michelle calls 12:40. Refund $ 4 for the Sierra mist. Driver in route to still complete our order.
NO APOLOGIES.
Sierra mist arrives after 1:00
I called to get the price of the soda refunded so the driver would not have to make another trip out to our house since my family had already finished eating lunch at this point.
But the manager graciously refunded the soda and still sent it with her driver. Though it would have been satisfactory just to receive a «we’re sorry, it’s on its way, thank you for being a customer» or «we’re very sorry, we will refund your purchase price and this will not happen again» but sadly that did not happen.
Still good tasting pizza and courteous enough not to loose our business for good. We will see with the next order.

Haven’t been in a while; tried a couple of the specialty pizzas — «the Meatbrawl» and «the Pretzel Piggy». Both were anticlimactic, with the pretzel one being the bigger disappointment. That thing is saltier than a sea monkeys balls. I usually like extra salty, but this is ridiculous — borderline inedible.
The other was pretty skimpy on the meatballs, and hardly deserving of its «Meatbrawl» title. Wasn’t bad, but maybe call em the TomatoTiff instead.

We were in the mood for pizza and called out for delivery. We printed out the new menu from Hawaii website. The new menu was confusing and we eventually just call them up and ordered a large supreme thin and crispy crust Pizza. It took about an hour to get delivered and was kind of soggy. The price was about three times as much as a frozen pizza and I actually I think I like two frozen pizzas better. I bet they have problems with his new menu.

I needed to buy dinner for fellow employees working during the hurricane. After getting screwed by L&L, I opted for pizza. These guys were awesome!!! They made 30 pizzas in less than 45 minutes. The pizza was welcomed by all!!! They really know the meaning of customer service and produce a delicious pizza!

Friendly staff. This location its located in the Maui Mall. Call 643‑1111 ahead of time and tell them this location if you need to pick up in Kahului. Great pizza always good and hot. There was this one time where they got our order wrong but hey i still love this place its all good. They made a new fresh pizza so that was fine with me.

Delivery took a while. Pizza was cold. We did not know the driver could not bring the food to the hotel room. The driver had the nerve to point to the tip line on the bill when my wife signed for the charge.

Boy do I miss the days of Pizza Hut restaurants. The whiff as soon as you enter, the dark red cups, the salad bar… Sadly like the rest of the nation, they’re all takeout only.
ATMOSPHERE:
They’re located in Maui Mall near IHOP. It’s a take-​out-​only location with indoor seating. The place is bright, cool, and clean, and close to the parking lot.
FOOD:
They offer everything — wings, salads, pastas & pizza. The food is consistently good and I haven’t had any problems.
TIP:
The alfredo sauce rocks the marinara pie out of the game! Damn delish.
SERVICE:
Staff are friendly. Online ordering is simple and accurate.
