I’m going to give them two stars because I know some cool people who work there. However tonight when dominos got busy, my pizza took over an hour and a half to get delivered. When I simply called to check the status the manager proceeded to lie by saying the online tracker was down. My pizza finally shows up (cold) and see picture for the rest. Sigh! What’s pizza huts number?

I order from this place way too often and I’ve never been disappointed. The food always tastes great and gets to my house wicked fast. Plus, everyone is really nice that I’ve talked to.

I haven’t ordered from Dominos in years but recently moved to oahu where choices are more limited and I heard they have gluten free crust now so decided to try it. It was very good and the crust was cooked just right which can be hard with gf pizza. I got a mushroom and fresh garlic. The pizza came way faster than they said and the driver was super friendly and the price was surprisingly low (like less than $ 14 including everything but the tip). The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that I think it could have had some more garlic on it and the sauce could be better, its a little more tomato-​ey and less flavorful I like. But I just salted it a bit and it was great. I will definitely order again!

I don’t understand the bad reviews, this place is and has been great. The people are nice and the pizza is good. Delivery is always fast as well. So great job you guys keep it up!

Called to order pizza and while your waiting you listen to the recording of specials. One of the specials was $ 29.99 it comes with 1 large 2 topping pizza, 8 pc stuffed cheesy bread of your choice, 8 pc chicken side, and a 2 liter coke. Awesome deal on the recording it even says «Aloha and Mahalo for calling Dominos Pizza»… They won’t honor the special and blames it on the mainland. Well gonna go eat Pizza Hut now!
If it’s advertised you honor it! It doesn’t matter if the recording came from the mainland or it was made locally — it’s fricken advertised!!!

Called to place from them and listening to the specials before talking to them and heard a really good one. Large 2 topping pizza, 8pc chicken, 8pc bread and 2 liter drink for $ 29.99. Awesome right, wrong !! First girl we speak to says that’s not the special, it’s a one topping large, we inform her that according to the recording it’s 2 topping. She says call back and listen again, we do this and it says it what we thought, 2 toppings. We get put through and this time the manager Kaylynn answers and we tell her about what the recording says and ask if she is going to honor it, she says «no, that is not what the special is. «We ask her to call the number to the store and listen which she says she did as the first girl told her we would be calling back. Isn’t it my understanding that you as a business are required to honor any advertised price? Very rude customer service and even worst manager. No wonder they don’t have as many locations as they used too!

My boyfriend put a order in about 5 to 10 min for a pick up it was ready by th time I got there. I was just down the street! Also the cashier Dwight was a sweetheart. Good customer service!

I was so let down with my online ordering. First, it says online that the Kailua Domino’s participates in the two for $ 5.99 deal, but when I called the store they said that it was a deal only on the mainland. So why put the coupon on your website? Honestly, Boston’s North End right across the street is ten times better and they deliver free in town.

I enjoy their pizza and the delivery is on time. My only qualm is that they do not honor online coupons. if nothing else they should put an asterisk saying that the price will be higher.

I was so excited by the menu and prices because I had not been to a dominos in years. I remembered how deliciously cheesy their pizza used to be. The pizza now though was burnt, and dry with barely no cheese. I also ordered the cinnamon sticks which were also extremely dry, and the sauce tasted like chalk. However I really liked the cheesy bread, but definitely order marinera sauce because it is not very flavorful. All in all, I ended up throwing away the leftovers because they were not good enough to save for the next day. Even my brother and his friends did not want them.

Wow, don’t know why this joint got the bad reviews — just had a great experience with them.
First: THE PIZZA WAS AT MY DOOR IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.
Holy eff. I could have a pizza oven in my own friggin’ kitchen AND an Italian mother working that same oven, and I think it’d take more than 30 minutes to get anything made. These guys had it MADE AND DELIVERED in no time.
I ordered the pizza online, to remove almost all human contact from this transaction. Because, yes, I secretly wait and hope for the Robot Apocalypse to happen. (Any day now…)
And YET! These guys were STILL all over my order once I submitted it!
Second: THE DRIVER WAS COOL.
Totally nonchalant about a large white dog barking death and destruction at him through a flimsy screen door. Tipped the dude extra for that kind of balls-o’-steel bravery.
Maybe this Domino’s HAPPY customers are left in a carb-​induced coma after their meals, and so they don’t write positive reviews??? Give this place a chance!

This place is terrible. We ordered a pizza and wings on a Sunday night around 7 PM. they told us it would be delivered within 50 to 60 minutes. At 8:15 we called to check on our order they said it was on the way. At 8:30. We called again and they assured us it would be here soon. Finally at 8:45 we called again and spoke with the manager and he said the driver had just returned and our order had been canceled. In sum, we waited almost 2 hours for pizza that never came. In my last conversation I expressed my frustration and displeasure with not getting our pizza after almost 2 hours and they said that that’s just the way it is and it was a busy night. I’ve never had such terrible service, unhelpful people and in the end we never got a pizza. I will never order from dominoes in Kailua again. It ruined our fun pizza night.

I have a call in to the manager and waiting to speak with him (Brandon). Their delivery driver, in an old red pickup truck, license FEW485, almost hit me yesterday. My left turn light turned green, but their driver was coming from the perpendicular street and must have sped through a yellow turned red light. He realized he was about to hit me so he honked and swerved and I hit the brakes. He was a real hazard. This is a small town with very few stop lights. Their sign on the top is a dead giveaway. You would think the drivers would get the idea they are not anonymous here.
Spoke with the manager and he took my report very constructively.

This review is for the Gluten Free Pizza, as that is the only one I can eat.
My wife can eat any type of pizza, but the Gluten Free Crust is so good she actually prefers it to the regular pizza.
The sauce is delicious, and ordering from my iPhone or iPad is convenient. I normally put the order in my phone but don’t submit it, then go walk the dog with the family. Once we start heading back I grab my phone and submit order with one touch. Then within 10 minutes or so after we arrive home they deliver. It is very convenient.
Delivery is normally within 30 to 45 minutes.
It arrives hot and it is delicious. I normally get the garlic, onions, peperoni, spinach, and roasted red peppers.
If you are looking for a great Gluten Free Pizza, Domino’s delivers it.
