Been here multiple times. The bagels and sandwiches are great. They have good specials throughout the week. For example, on Tuesday they have a deal where if you buy 6 bagels you get 6 free. They have various coffee drinks and smoothies and muffins.
Plenty of parking. Good location off of Main Street.

I always have to stop at the Kalamazoo location for Cucumber Ranch cream cheese. It is super yummy! Bagels and coffee are also good, but most of the time I just get a tub of the cream cheese to go and use throughout the week at home. My fave!
