I read some of the other reviews posted here and had to write one of my own. Maybe those people had a poor experience but I was helped by Sean Brown and he was courteous, helpful and made what would otherwise be a stressful experience a very pleasant one. I couldn’t be more pleased at how I looked and what a good job they did. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone I know looking for a tuxedo.

If I could I wouldn’t even put a ONE star rating! Their customer service sucks!!! There is a boy that works there(I have no idea what his name is) that does not know a thing about sales or tuxedos. He also lied to me saying that he could not set an appt. because he had a wedding of 16 groomsmen coming in. Found out from the Kapiolani location that there was no wedding party coming in and they had no idea what he was talking about. FIRED!

We showed up at 645pm and all the woman that was working could say the whole time was«I’m closing at 7pm.» She said it approximately FOUR times in the 15mins we were there. She didn’t say hi, she just kept saying that she was closing soon. Wow, awesome. What a great first experience we had.

I wanna go Thank the girls that work at Windward for taking care of my tux for my wedding. Especially the girls name May and Alison. May, went out of her way to change my coat cuz it was a little to small and colors. It was nice to see them with smiles. They made all of us feel welcome and made us laugh. Thank you, for caring for our party and making us look great! We recommend anyone to go to celebrity tux to get hook up by those girls.

There service is very poor. The store first of all was extremely hard to find and when we found it we stood there not knowing what to do. There wasn’t any workers around. They of course we’re annoyed that we didn’t do what they wanted us to do like sign the paper on their desk out of sight. Need more employes and better customer service.

My experience was so poor and I had such concerns about the outcome I canceled in spite of the $ 20 restock fee(which was levied after only 1 day– so much for buyers remorse). I took my son to get his prom tuxedo and they made us wait for 10 minutes without even greeting us, just ordered us to take a number. There was not a line, the employees were just talking to each other. The woman pointed to the catalog and told us to choose one, told us to choose a vest and tie, pulled a sample of the coat out to the rack so we could see it(but not touch it or try it on). My son tried on a pair of pants and shoes then they took a few measurements, then she wrote wrote up the bill. Even with a supposed prom discount it was still expensive, round $ 150. I’ve had more personalized experiences ordering sandwiches at Subways. I initially asked the salesperson a few questions but she was not helpful or receptive to any interaction I stopped. Castle High School Band has stopped recommended another business(Black Tie Affair) because families have complained, now I see why.
