Lori Pasion – State Farm Insurance Agent

Lori Pasion is the best Insurance Agent that I ever had. She is really honest, nice and very committed in doing what is best for the client. She will go out of her way to make sure that you if you ask a question and she does not know the answer, she will tell you straight that she does not know the answer, but she will find out the answer through her resources. She is very community oriented and always is willing to donate her time. Lori has never disappointed me and I totally trust her not only as a agent but as a human being. She always does the right thing, for the right reason all the time from her heart. Awesome job Lori!

Lori Pasion has been my State Farm agent for the past eight years. During that time I have neither seen her or spoken to her. This, despite the fact that I have two cars and a house insured with State Farm. On the few occasions that I had to contact State Farm I always was referred to an assistant.
Not that Lori hasn’t offered to meet with me. Once a year, despite being asked not to, her staff has called me to arrange an hour long meeting to «discuss your insurance needs.» I read that as an opportunity to try to get me to buy additional coverage which I probably don’t need. I have always declined and have always asked them not to call again. However the next year I receive yet another call.
I’m not sure if all the blame lies with Lori. Perhaps all State Farm agents operate this way. However the agent that preceded Lori, whose name I can’t recall, did not hesitate to call me or to meet me in person. So I suspect that Lori herself is responsible for her poor service.
Not a good neighbor.
