I shopped here for quite some time and was a very loyal customer. However, service has really declined in the past few months. The first incident occurred when I wanted to buy replacement coils for my tank. I was told that the only pack available was missing one coil and had four instead of five and they would sell it for 20% off. I agreed and presented my 15% customer loyalty coupon. I was told that they couldn’t accept it since they were giving me a «deal» of 20% off. I pointed out that they were selling me 20% less product and were charging me full price, but I could not get the guy to understand basic math. The last straw was when I brought in my mod for service because it quit working within the warranty period. I got the impression that they were looking for excuses to void the warranty. The worker said he found traces of juice in the mod. I told him that the tank had leaking issues. He asked what kind of tank, and after I told him, he said«Oh yeah, they leak a lot.» I told him that I would’ve appreciated that knowledge when he sold me the damn thing two weeks earlier. They said my warranty was voided and handed me back my $ 200 mod and asked if I wanted to buy another. I don’t think so. I was never under any illusion that Volcano’s prices were the cheapest, but was willing to pay a premium price since the service was good. Now, with the service what it is, it’s easy for me to look elsewhere. Their prices are twice what you can get elsewhere. Ejuice is better at other local shops. Try other places, you won’t be sorry.

The people that work at this location are always nice and friendly. I’ve been going to them since I started vaping. Most recent experience: My Lavatube was being faulty and not reading my tank/coil properly. They were explaining that basically a lot of things aren’t covered under the warranty since it could’ve potentially been my fault so I may have to buy a new one. But then the guy took it to the manager and had him look at the problem. The manager even had no clue what was going on with my device so he gave permission to switch mine out with a brand new one for free! Saved me $ 80 and made me that much more happy with their service. He did explain that a lot of people come in complaining about their device when there’s obvious signs that they don’t take care of it at all. Mine didn’t even have the usual wear and tear they usually see on them so they knew that I kept it in good shape. And I had my old one for 6 months. I got lucky with the free switch out, just make sure to always keep good care of your device! Volcano is awesome and I love their products.

These guys were AWESOME!!! Scotty is a man of his words… The threading to my lava tube became worn out. After 30 mins of trying to make it work Scotty and I devised it were we had two rubber bands and some tape to hold it down so I could vape. Scotty tells me that he had extra bottoms that he was willing to give me and that he would have it the next day. I thought to myself, «yeah right he is willing to give me one of his own personal spare parts…» But hey, you never know so I took his word for it. I returned the next day and to my surprise he was a MANOFHISWORD! Thanks guys!!! I’m happy that I’m able to Vape without having to buy a new set. You guys are AWESOME!!!

i smoked tabbacco cigarettes for 17 years. i loved smoking. and i didnt think i could quit, because i really didnt want to. but the health risks and the cost led me to check out volcano. im so gratefull that scott helped me that day. he is has so much knowledge about the product, and he took the time to explain to me what they had to offer, and what would suit my needs best in order to successfully make the switch. i felt that my purchase was custom made for me, from the nicotine leves, the flavors, and which type of ecig. he was so informative and helpfull. i quit smoking in two weeks! and it was so easy and painless. i feel better, and ive saved thousands! i love vaping and at the same i feel less addicted. i vape for pure enjoyment. i feel that without scott being so genuin in his customer service, i would have missed out on this great alternative. i continue to go to the windward mall location, and everyone there is always friendly and accomading. they all know my name, it feels like im visiting friends.

id give um 10 stars if i could. products are of good quality, prices are decent, and scott, kelly, hina, leann are very helpful. got an inferno that i purchased from scott he showed me everything about it as well as made sure i knew my device before i left the kiosk. them i went back a month later for my 1st edition lava tube bcuz i needed bigger drags lava tube is grrrreeatttt you all need to get one then i went back for the new lava 2 this time cuz it was in pink the staff there os always so friendly and know their sh** if i can’t make it out to see them when in need i end up busting out my inferno. check um out their neevvvverrrrr out of stock and because they know the operation of their workstation there is hardly a line their im a regular once or twice a week they know me by name and it makes the visit a whole lot more comfortable
