This was a great experience! Not nearly as painful as a wax and Ashley has a gentle demeanor about her– but gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Great value for the price and great results!

This was my first time getting anything sugared & it was a pleasant experience. She even managed to get my armpits done when I’d only scheduled my legs.

Fast, professional, and thorough. While this is the kind of service you want at any salon, it’s particularly on-​point when somebody is waxing your nether regions. Let’s compare this to a traditional wax:
–This took less than 10 minutes
–Some areas are more immediately painful, but very short-​lasting
–Results were fantastic: Completely smooth, no strays, no tweezing, no redness or bleeding, though there is mild tenderness for a few hours afterwards
–No remaining wax or stickiness afterwards: This was the most surprising
–Price is about the same, or slightly less if you book ahead for your next visit

Visited the salon yesterday to try the sugaring hair removal for the first time. Ashley made me feel very comfortable. She does a great job talking, explaining the technique as well as asking questions which really helps get your mind off the pain! Would definitely return to this salon.

Ashley was very professional and took the time to explain the process since I was a first timer to sugaring. The pain was minimal during and after, and she was so fast. I will never go back to waxing! The end result was great! She definitely has a new client!

Ashley is the best! I’ve been going to her for years in LA and in KC, and I always have the best experience. She is so fast, but so thorough, my tan is always flawless!

Came here with the groupon deal and it’s hands down less painful than waxing! It also helps that Ashley is pretty darn fast, so if it is painful it doesn’t last long. My experience was soo much better than I had expected that I ended up purchasing a package of 3 more sugar waxes! Definitely recommend trying the sugar wax services!

Ashley is really as good as it gets! She is my Sugar Queen!!! I decided to get sugared on a whim because I was totally rocking a 70’s situation and it.was.not.cute. Naturally I was super awkward, sweaty, and chatty as hell when I showed up but Ashley calmed me down, chatted with me to help distract me and then in less than 10 minutes it was over. I’m not going to lie and say there isn’t pain involved but when you have «tree trunks» being pulled from your body it’s gonna be a painful BUT holy cow was it worth it. I KEPT COMING BACK FOR MORE! It got less painful each time and it also took less time, too! Her salon was ALWAYS clean, uncluttered and stylish. I was so sad to find out that Ashley would be leaving LA to become a Sugar Queen in Kansas City but amazing things were going to come from it. I am so happy that I randomly decided to get sugared because its been one of the best things ever. Even if you don’t get your lady parts sugared and are getting other things taken care of, you won’t be disappointed. Ashley is so sweet, funny, welcoming, kind, and wonderful that you’ll just want to chat with her and see her more often. Gosh, I freaking adore this girl and miss her cheery attitude! XO

I had been going Ashley for all my sugaring needs on a monthly basis for the past 2+ years. Previous to this I had never waxed and I told that to Ashley and she was very comforting about it all. I even moved from where I was previously living, which made it a drive to her studio, but I knew I couldn’t go anywhere else! Her skills were definitely worth the drive in LA traffic! Plus she’s a pretty awesome person to chat with! I’m very sad to see Ashley move back home to KS but very excited for her as well! I started sugaring with Ashley almost a year ago. She was highly recommended as a person to get my first sugaring from because she is «fast and very good». Because of Los Angeles traffic and the distance I have to drive to get to her, it was suggested I go to Ashley for my first sugaring, and continue maintenance appointments somewhere closer to home.
Ashley is very good at what she does. She is always professional and friendly. Sugaring is an intimate (and intimidating) procedure, and Ashley puts you at ease. Her studio is always impeccable and comfortable. You will be very happy with your results and happy you chose Ashley. By the way, I never looked for a closer sugaring studio, I continued to drive the distance monthly, and am sad that she is relocating. It will be tough finding a comparable replacement.

When it comes to sugaring (hair removal) and spray tanning, Ashley is seriously the BEST! I’ve been a long-​time client in Los Angeles and I can’t say enough positive things about Ashley, both professionally and as a person. I always come out of my spray tans with a gorgeous (and natural) glow. Her sugaring hair removal is amazing. Not only is it way less painful than waxing, it’s also been great for my super sensitive skin, and it’s eco-​friendly. KC is lucky to have Ashley!

The BEST spray tan I’ve ever had was done by Ashley! In Los Angeles I have had bad luck with finding a natural spray tan UNTIL Ashley showed me her ways! Beautiful, natural and absolutely the BEST! Ashely is as talented as she is wonderful. So jealous KC is taking her away!

I have been coming to Ashley for sugaring for a while. Previously I used to get Brazilian waxes and a a friend told me about Ashley and sugaring. She came with a high recommendation — it was well deserved.
The first time I went, I was a little skeptical but Ashley explained the process and maintenance. Her salon is clean, welcoming and stylish! She really cares about her clients and salon — all of the details are there. She’ll even let me know when she has a money saving deal coming up. Ashley is amazing, she sends appointment reminders, and the appointments are so fast and painless! I’m always stunned and happy about the time I save going to her! Literally the appointments are only like 10 min!
I will never go back to waxing. She is sooooo good! She always does an amazing job. I always come out so smooth. Ashley has become such a big part of my maintenance routine. I’m a loyal client and would recommend her to anyone!!!

I used to be a long time client of Ashley’s in Los Angeles and of course was sad when she left but I am excited that she gets to introduce KC to her awesome sugaring technique as well as airbrush tanning!
