Great location and staff friendliness… cleanliness needs a little work though. I really want to give this place 5 stars because the location is perfect for tanning during your lunch hour, and the staff working the reception desk is very friendly and personable. However, the last 3 times I’ve come tanning I’ve noticed there are a few body prints on the bed from the previous tanner so I’ve cleaned it on my own before tanning. I know this is under new ownership so I’m hoping that this gets seen and they begin cleaning more thoroughly so I can update this review with 5 stars!

I took a chance on this place for my first spray tan, and boy did they let me down. I booked the appointment two days before I went. First, when I arrived they didn’t have me down in the appointment book, and then they proceeded to say that their spray tan person wasn’t there because of an emergency. I understand if a person has an emergency, but not having a back up plan in such case is extremely poor planning. They offered to reschedule, but that was the extent of their generosity. I drove out of my way to see them and they were unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly in how they handled me. Avoid this place at all costs of you want a professional, comfortable experience.

This is one of the best tanning salon’s you will find. Super clean, friendly staff, top rate lotions and premium beds put Tan 360 in a class of it’s own. It is especially handy if you workout at theGYMkc next door. I do know the hours change due to seasonal demands, so check out their website or call before you go. They have both traditional tanning beds and AWESOME spray tanning and doesn’t leave you looking like you’ve just been spray tanned! Check them out. You won’t regret it!

This is my go-​to tanning place downtown. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the spray tans are done by hand so they look completely natural, unlike the spray booths you see everywhere else.
When I do to go a bed the rooms and clean and modern and the bulbs work really well and fast, so they seem new. Good equipment!

Not what you would expect from a tanning salon. Super clean and super friendly. The manager came out and introduced himself and gave me a tour when he saw me filling out a new membership sheet. Definitely sticking with this place!

I love this place. It’s in a convenient location (especially if you frequent The Gym KC Westside location). The tanning beds and rooms are very clean, and easy to use. The owners are friendly and accommodating.
The overall aesthetics are modern, clean, and very much not the stereotypical tacky tanning salon. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I remember a simpler way of life. Pies would cool in windowsills. Children would catch fireflies in the yard. And people would go to mom-​and-​pop tanning salons. These were the days before corporate interests edged them out, and forever changed the landscape of the American Dream.
Obviously, I jest. But I do really dig this small, independently owned tanning salon. Located in that part of town that is kind of both The Crossroads and The Westside, it’s clean, well appointed, and the staff is friendly to boot. A small salon, there aren’t a ton of beds, and thus appointments are recommended, but walk-​ins aren’t unheard of either. They offer a variety of beds, and in addition do spray tanning. The packages are reasonably priced, and the person helping you is generally the owner of the establishment. Even better, he’s a regular dude, not some orange teenage girl.
What I might like best is the look of the place. I’m very aesthetics driven, and this place is just nice. I didn’t notice a single poster of some early 90s girl in a bikini in front of a tanning bed that happens to be on a beach. Instead, it’s just nicely painted, with comfortable furniture. It’s a good look, and the lack of cheesiness inside makes me feel better about going tanning.
Moral of the story: If tanning is something you do, and you live anywhere close to downtown, this is the best (and closest) place to go. I’m a fan.
