This store is located in the same shopping center as Starbucks so I few times I’ve combined my coffee run with a trip around the store. So far I’ve been very pleased with my purchases. I’ve filled up the cart and been surprised at how low the total comes to at checkout. I’ve shopped at Walmart a few times, stopped for coffee and then come here to the Dollar Tree Store and have seen the same item I purchased at Walmart for much less. So unless I’m looking for a particular brand of item, I find it’s worthwhile to check out the Dollar Tree Store first. For party decorations, holiday décor, wrapping paper, and small kitchen items, the Dollar Tree Store really can’t be beat. I’ve also bought soap, bleach, batteries, candles and paper here. The quality seems to be the same. All the stuff is made in China, which I’m not thrilled about, but then what isn’t nowadays? Thus I’m not much on their toiletries or food items but that’s probably just a silly prejudice on my part. There never has been much of line at checkout so I can get in and out pretty quickly, making my shopping experience that much better.

It’s a dollar store. Definitely nothing special, but it does meet my gift wrapping needs, which is why it gets 3 stars. I figure, I’m not going to pay a ton of money for wrapping paper and gift bags, as they generally get used once and thrown away, so the Dollar Tree is an ideal place to pick up that sort of thing. The paper is actually pretty good quality — most of it is surprisingly thick. There isn’t a huge selection, but then again, I don’t need 19 different rolls of wrapping paper, either. I have also bought bows, gift tags, and even boxes here, so I’ve always been able to get everything I need in one place for a very low price. The employees aren’t super friendly or anything, but they get their job done quickly and efficiently. I’ll keep shopping here any time I need to wrap a present or two.
