I would give NO stars if I could. First of all, I usually come here all the time and ask for help now that hubby and I got new game systems. I recently went there this past Sunday and was snobbed like this guy hated his Job!!! Asked if there was a final fantasy VII for PSP& he ignorantly said that there was no such disc for that game because they never made it. Went to a GameStop today & Found one! First of all if you don’t like your damn job don’t work there!

Friendly, but it seemed a bit disorganized and preowned games seemed to be expensive. New games are same prices as best Buy ect. And this is close.

so if u want video games you go to a video game store. but why is there no real savings? stopped at game stop while waiting for a seat at sushi bay and enjoyed the air conditioning. looked for something to play but noticed a used game is only $ 3 – 9 cheaper than a new version. not logic in saving $ 3 for preowned and possibly defective games. i actually found a game but still waited 15 minites to check out as they have two employees working the entire store. i rather stick to ebay to find a deal. realizing why i never stop at game stop.

Zach gave us excellent customer service when we had problems with an expired gift card. He was professional and very patient even when the line of customers started to pick up.

This location is ok, nothing more, nothing less. The visit I made there, the workers were more interested in talking story than selling products or assisting customers. What else can I say?

Went to gamestop today. The guy that rang me up was very rude with very snobby remarks. He knew he did wrong because when I went home I went to fill out their survey and he ripped off the verification code! No worries, I was still able to complete it without it, and I talked to his district manager about his attitude.

Okay I’m only writing this review now because I was writing a review about another gamestop and It reminded me of this horrible experience I had at this gamestop. I went into this gamestop to ask the employee when Halo Wars was coming out because I saw a poster of it somewhere with no release date. He looked at me all puzzled then replied very sassy«Ive never heard of it. You must be mistaken for Halo 3.» AREYOUSERIOUS?! Halo 3 came out in 07′, why would I be asking that now?! What happened to all the nice friendly KNOWLEDGEABLE gamestop workers?! They are not here. Gah! Instead of trying to make me look like an idiot, why don’t you put down your ego and pick up your damn release book and look it up. Or ask someone. Sheesh. Right after he said that, I just looked at him shook my head and walked right out. I ended up calling a different gamestop for the answer. Maybe GameStop should invest in Training Classes for their employees like some other retail stores do. I think they need it.

One of my picks of the good GameStops on the island. The place is usualy empty whenever I stop by, and they’ve got quite a selection there. And it’s all very eye-pleasing. No really bare walls, not too crammed in, it’s all just right. plus, Employees were cool from what I remember. Christmas season of last year, I stopped by quickly(again, empty) right before closing to check if they still had that Donkey Konga bongo drum deal. The guys working there were cool, and told us that they were sold out, talked a bit on how good of a deal it was and how quick they went, and appoligized about it. Keeping in mind, they didn’t do this in a quick manner in a way that some employees would just want to drive out customers when they’re closing, but in a very cool matter and yet very helpful, despite that it was the last day of the deal and they were completely out of it. Awesome place, and definately gets my «Nymo’s 100% Approval»!
