Terrible. Prices were stupid high and there was not enough stuff on the shelves. Mostly trash. This is the worst one I’ve ever been to and will not return.

OMG I love this place. Good bargains at all GoodWills! I purchased a pair of work shoes for my son & he found a $ 250 watch & a stop watch in it & I checked it as well as the cashier too! I always find great bargains for my house as well as clothes… love it!!! Plus it helps people & I donate there too, giving back to the community!

This location is a bit out of the way but the store surprised me. It is an educational center also. It’s easy to find, tucked away in a business district near my fav Costco. Overall, the store was quite clean and put together nicely. We cruised the aisles looking for treasure. My daughter joined some kids playing with the toys and dolls. I always go on the wrong day, military is Wednesday, senior 60+ Tuesday, student Sunday for 20% discount. They also take donations on site.

Is the best place to drop your unwanted and then go to shop for bargains with 50%off color tags and especially on Tuesdays with seniors discount plenty of parking with friendly workers and a tidy store

There’s a girl cashier and I will post her name when I revise this post but she is super pleasant, remembers you each time you come in and very helpful when you need something. She’ll immediately drop what she is doing to help you. I love coming to this goodwill. Most of the time the prices are reasonable because sometimes I go there and their prices are marked higher than targets donated items.

A recently built building makes this the nicest quality thrift store I’ve been to on island. Staff was friendly, greeted me at the door and made sure I knew what the deal of the day was. Roomy, clean, well-kept floor with apparel and housewares arranged easily for browsing. Easy parking. Excellent branch.

Clean. Descent selection, good prices, polite staff… A little hidden gem in Kapolei.

If you like thrifting, this is definitely a must! They have SO much stuff and it’s a huge warehouse. I have never seen such a big and well-lit Goodwill in my life. The crappy things about this place are the location, parking, and workers inside. The location isn’t exactly convenient or easy to find unless you are familiar with the Kapolei area behind Costco. The parking was very busy the two times I went and it seemed that people who are donating to Goodwill just park where they please. This can create a little bit of a puzzle to get in or out of spots. Lastly, the workers weren’t friendly. They were just there… most of them talking story. I filled up the roller barrel 3 times and no one helped me. I propped the door open to roll the barrel in and was told not to do that because the A/C was on. Well.. .. .it’s kind of hard to see over this barrel filled to the rim and I need to steer clear. Whatever. Enjoy thrifters!

Never knew this location existed and I live in kapolei, lol. Not near the shopping centers or main roads. Well worth the find though. I always find something good. Way cheaper than Savers! All the books I find are $ 0.99 and sometimes I get lucky with the colored tag for half off. Sometimes they have double colored tags too which is always a plus. The cashier is always friendly and every time I go the place is clean. They are always having half off sales for the furniture which is awesome even though most of the pieces are old because I love DIY projects! I would have given 5 stars but they do not have shopping carts here so I have to carry my son and it kinda limits my time :(hoping they have carts soon so I can take my time shopping without worrying my son will break loose from me and break something!

Located pretty deep in the industrial area past Costco on Kalaeloa Blvd, this Goodwill wasn’t super hard to find, but WAS super out of the way. I got there shortly before opening and waited along with a few others for 9 am to roll around. The store is sort of small, but not tiny. The selection is small but I scored an end table for $ 7.50(half off furniture on the day I visited) that I turned into a Lego table for our son. I’d say the majority of their goods when I was there were of the clothing variety. The staff was polite without being overly friendly. I feel like if you go with something in mind that you’re looking for, this place is probably hit or miss.

Kind of a hidden spot, out of the way from the busy shopping centers in Kapolei. Worth the trip. Wasn’t too busy, and had lots to choose from. Staff was friendly.

Came here to drop off some old clothes&heels. I had a difficult time finding the place. Thank God for GPS. LOL* Doesn’t look like you typical GoodWill from the road but when you pull up, your like oooooh okay. For a New GoodWill its really ugly. I’m not sure its because its a second hand store? There was only like 2 workers inside. Not friendly at all, probally just working there out of probation or because they just finished drug rehab.(Cuz yanoe Goodwill has that apprenticeship program with those types of programs to let people that have fallen get bac, k on their feet again and into society.) Anyways, it was somewhat organized I’ve seen better run thirft stores. Okay overall but I think I’m gona stick to donating my clothes to savers instead. I just so happened to be in the area that’s why I thought I’d drop by save some time. lol

Brand«spankin» new! Nice and clean, well organized. Great place to find cool deals. Took my mom and daughter for a girls day out while we were visiting from Washington(where thrift shops and garage sales are a staple!). We had a blast, good variety. Picked up alot of «Hawaii» memorabilia and even an extra piece of luggage to take it all home. Travel note: bring an empty carry-on luggage, because you can pick up virtually complete outfits here! From swimwear, shorts, tanks, summer dresses, shoes and hawaiian shirts for pennies!

I had to wait for a friend who was coming to Kapolei, so I decided to check out the newest Goodwill store in hopes of finding records. The location is very nice, located in a multipurpose complex. The store isn’t the biggest one but it is very organized(maybe because it hasn’t been open very long). I’m surprised at the selection at Goodwill. The record section wasn’t very big but I did find a few 45’s that I added to my collection. And they are always having a sale or special. My records were half off the day I went. Yes the items are donated from locals trying to get rid of unwanted stuff, but one mans trash might be the record I want for my collection. And it’s for a good cause! Be a blessing!
