I went in not really knowing which protein powder to get. Teen son wanted it. I was oblivious as to what whey is, isolate, etc. But I was helped by a young lady Chelsea. What a big help she was to me. She was telling me the differences of the different protein powders, pros and cons, how our bodies function with the powder, etc. They say you learn something new everyday! And I sure did!
The prices were great and cheaper than other «same type» stores. Didn’t have to pay for a membership. I didn’t feel pushed at all to buy.
Parking was great.
Definitely going back again.

The workers here are always helpful! They know their products well, and have nice suggestions. I get my BCAA and quest protein bars here. It may be a little pricy, but the selection is good. They tend to have sales very often, and they also have a rewards program which works out!

I just happened to be in the area of this store when my physical therapist suggested I try some stuff. Getting into the parking lot is easy, due to the time I went there were a few more cars on the road than normal. As soon as I walked in I was greater with a smile from the manager who welcomed me to his store. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately took me to that area. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The store was very clean and organized. I was able to find some stuff on my own. When i checked out, I was given a rewards card to use when I go back. If you are on the lookout for any kind of herbs or oils, this is the place to go!

Awesome service. I was a little sad that my coupon expired but the manager there gladly honored it. More sad that Syntrax discontinued their protein nectar in cappuccino.

I’m a major GNC shopper, but Vitamin Shop comes in at a close 2nd! I’ve been to this location (Kapolei) a few times, & I rather enjoy shopping here! I like the fact that the workers always ask if I’m finding everything ok, & offer good tips and general product knowledge. Also, the manager that’s usually on duty when I go always let’s his customers know about upcoming sales, & that may not get him much sales for the day, but it keeps us coming back! I walked in with the sole intent of doing mental price comparisons with GNC, yet I still walked out with atleast $ 50 worth of protein! Happens every time!

I love this location, it always has parking available and it is never overwhelmingly busy which is nice! Stress free parking and shopping — always a perk in my book!
Service is good here, although it has never been above and beyond in any way but then again I have never had bad service or really required much help. So no negative points in mind for this!
The store is always clean. Has a good selection of vegan protein powders Good selection for vitamins and protein bars also. AND how could I forget? Blender bottles here — love them!
Also like the store card which gives you points and you get coupons every now and then. Most importantly: FREE! Can’t go wrong with free.

This is a really good place for vitamins/​supplements. The store is organized and clean. Staff is excellent. They have a wide variety of items, including stuff for pets!

–Price. This is expected though, I’m sure you can find great price on amazon, online or other similar health stores. Regardless, it helps to have their ‘card’ to get points, and save money. Hey at least the membership is free!

I always go here to get my Vitamins. Which are now essential to my well being. Well, Vitamin Shoppe has every necessary vitamin in any type of edible way that you could require!
The people working here are very helpful. They’re always asking me if I need help and never fail to solicit me with their weekly ad.

While we’ve always been into exercise and staying in shape, the hubby and I have lost some of that drive when it comes to making working out the top priority.
Yet as you get older, it’s funny how you need to make exercising a top priority, if not the first, at least your top three.
So as we both get older and the keiki get older, we have made it a priority to start working out more not just for ourselves, but also to instill the importance of exercise with the family.
One of those things include taking vitamins and supplements and what better place than going to The Vitamin Shoppe.
We’ve always been a fan of The Vitamin Shoppe and when they opened in Kapolei we were stoked! So the staff is über wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful and they have pretty good sales and decent prices.
Love that they are part of the Kapolei ohana!
