I went in to see the Dr for medical issues, but their «Clinical director» Danielle– (who from my understanding has absolutely no medical experience or medical education) spoke to me first. She’s like a used car salesman. She charged me out of pocket $ 1,500.00. For 4 doctors visits and blood work, then told me to file my own insurance. The very next time I came in I was I told to go home –the doctor wasn’t there, and when I came back later, I found out I didn’t even have an appointment with the doctor after all– I was doing bloodwork. They charged me another $ 300 for blood work AFTER I was in the appointment. My day was wasted. I have insurance and my insurance will pay for the doctors office and blood work, if they sent me to the location where my insurance pays. Or if they file it correctly. The doctor is in network. But I’m sure she wants to pocket the money and she probally couldn’t take the $ if she sent me for blood work at the other doctors office or another location, where my insurance will pay. It appears like she just wants to prey on sick people and will do anything for a dollar — even at other peoples expense

Can I give 0 stars? This place is the worst. They are terrible about the phones (answering/​returning calls) and super unprofessional. I booked a facial and when I got there I could hear the staff goofing off loudly in the back while I waited for my appointment to start, which started late because they were goofing off. They never offered me water, the bathroom, anything typically offered for a spa treatment while I waited. When I got to the back, the girl immediately went into a FIFTEEN minute high pressure sales pitch for their product line before she even looked at my skin up close. After pushing products she tried to pressure me into peel that I didn’t want. It was so awkward. Then there wasn’t even a robe for me to change into and she proceeded to get my shirt wet during the facial. She told me they were a medical facility and didn’t have patients change out of their clothes. Funny because I didn’t make an appointment for a doctor and didn’t see a doctor either. I’ve been to «med spas» before and when you book a facial, it was still the same treatment as a regular facial. The facial was so short and they still charged me for an hour! As if this wasn’t enough, I stupidly did buy one of the products she was pushing on me only to later find it for 40% cheaper on Amazon. I tried to return it with the packaging completely intact but was told they didn’t take any returns and I should have read the papers I signed more carefully. So according to them, it was my fault that they were in the business of ripping off their customers. So rude. Don’t go there!

So they finally called me back a week later. The lady said they had been under construction and their phone lines were down. As a business owner I would have made the plans to not miss phone calls and upset my clients. Just sayin. Will update after my appointment.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I was initially impressed with the amount of attention and time that Dr. Torres afforded me on my initial visit. His thoroughness and willingness to explain every detail of my test results impressed me even more. Once my bio identical hormone treatment began, I was even more impressed that my results were spot on with what he told me to expect and the time line was also right on.
Dr Torres has been a life saver for my mood and well being. He has helped improve my life where many other doctors have failed. My kids and husband are elated that I have found you guys!

My husband and I have completed the HCG 40 day treatment and were very satisfied with our results. We followed the program as advised. Victoria was very supportive and friendly. We looked forward to the end of every week while on the program to see how much we had accomplished. Katie is always very attentive and friendly and Dr. Torres is very knowledgeable and informative.
I highly recommend this facility in Katy.

Review is strictly for laser hair removal. So far, so good. It is easy to make appointments and the laser tech is very nice, as are the staff. They use Gentlemax which is a combo of Yag and Alexandrite laser, making it good for practically all skin tones between 1 to 6 on the spectrum. I’ve seen about 30% reduction over the course of 2 treatments.

Super friendly staff! Used a groupon for laser hair removal and still had great service.
