Service was wonderful, salad was typical not a place that I have to revisit. Did enjoy the enthusiasm of employees, sample, and there presentations as we walk through Katy Mills food court. Great conversation of why I choose a salad and how they would make a sub into a healthy salad, however it turned out to be the same as any other salad, too much lettuce and not enough meat.

The food court at Katy Mills Mall has been compromised but the subs here are ok. I was not disappointed. My husband and I waited in line for about 30 minutes bcs they grill the food as u order. We got hot while waiting in line bcs the grill is in view for guest to see the food cook. As a side note, there was a guy that kept feeding the samples to the paying customers waiting to order. I thought that was wrong but I can’t complain. The service is not delightful but they get the job done AND the food is good. Just saying.
