I used to order here at least once a week because I love almost everything they have here! My favorite is the shrimp lo mein and I really like their crab rangoon as well.

I’ve been to at least a dozen Chinese takeout restaurants and haven’t given a single 5 star to a Chinese restaurant so yes this place is impressive. Egg rolls actually taste like authentic egg rolls, best ones I’ve had (the outside actually has flavor and isn’t just fried carelessly), not that I’m the biggest fan of egg rolls. Seafood delight is definitely one of the better or best I’ve had. Seafood had a lot of flavor

Order came quickly. I was a complete fool and forgot to list my apartment number. They called me up, verified that I was in fact living in an apartment, kindly informed me of my foolish mistake, and then proceeded to make my order.
Food was delicious. Really enjoyed the chicken kung pao. Egg rolls were really good as well. My only complaint was that they didn’t give me any chop sticks.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Katy, in my opinion. The crab rangoons are amazing and big! At other restaurants the crab rangoons are so small. The fried rice is also really good! Ever since we moved from another state we haven’t been able to find a good Chinese place in Katy and this one is definitely the best out of all the places we’ve tried in Katy.
Fast and super friendly service as well! When we order delivery they say 30 – 45 minutes but we usually get our order faster than the time provided.
The inside is super clean and nicely organized. Always greets us and affordable prices! Will be a regular customer!

This is so far the best chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Not only talking about their cleaness atmosphere, fastest delivery time, and friendly customer service, they serve amazing dishes! The high quality and adquate amount of food will surprise you. I am a traditional Chinese, and always crave for their foods. This place is nothing like other chinese restaurants who just want to make profit with you. They care about their customers and always willing to satisfy your needs. I have just tried their pecking duck and it is the best in town! They said that they will have crawfish very soon which means I don’t have to drive all the way to chinatown anymore. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone who likes chinese food. Trust me and you won’t regret!!!

Decided to try somewhere new for delivery tonight. The delivery was super fast, the food was hot and delicious. Egg rolls, chicken with broccoli and shrimp lo mein were all yummy. We will definitely put China Bistro in regular rotation.

Came in here for lunch based on good Unilocal rating. I was underwhelmed, honestly. I got the lunch special Garlic Chicken which was supposed to be spicy but wasn’t really.
I got the egg drop soup instead of spring roll. Soup was OK — a bit low on salt but texture was smooth. Garlic Chicken had good portion size but the rice was average and too much sauce that was too sweet. Things improved some by adding the spicy red chili oil sauce.
Other reviews suggest this place caters to the Ameri-​Chinese profile while I am looking for something more authentic. The price is definitely right but I wouldn’t mind less quantity and more quality/​flavor. I may give them another shot based on dishes other reviewers liked. I have a feeling I picked the wrong lunch special.

I was happy about the delivery. Ordering was fast, and accurate.
The food was quite subpar even for a local Chinese food carry out. The vegetables in the Kung Pao I ordered were not tasty or cooked, and the shrimp were few and far between. The sauce wasn’t great either.
The egg foo young had a really weird gravy, not at all like what we’re used too. I haven’t ordered from them since, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Ordered delivery twice from here now. Both times very prompt delivery and food was great and fresh. We’ve had the house special soup, steamed dumplings, crab Rangoon, egg drop soup, shrimp with lobster sauce. Everything was delicious. The shrimp was a great quality. Just loved it all. The delivery man was very friendly too. Definitely will be ordering from them again!

Cozy and clean place to dine in on enticing good Chinese food. Came here for lunch, wasn’t expecting much but was surprisingly hooked to the unique flavors on the usual fairs of lunch menu offerings. I had the Moo Goo Gai Pan lunch and everything was fresh and delicious. Chicken was yummy and tender, veggies fresh and crunchy, but really the sauce is what stands out since that infuses all the ingredients together. Not too thick or watery but just the right amount of texture and flavor to make this dish stand out. I will be a frequent lunch customer from now on!

Was a stretch to give four stars because of the sketch location but it’s great for delivery or take out… Egg foo young is really good, shrimp fried rice is good and the egg rolls are three of the best things on the menu.

Best Chinese restaurant around these parts!
Customer service was the best, the lady greeted us & came to check on us as we were eating :)
As for the food… super delish! It was super fresh & every time I dug in I got a shrimp, so there was a great ratio of shrimp to rice. The portion size for the price is great, I barely ate half of my order & I’m a hungry pregnant girl. Definitely will be going back!

First… I dislike establishments with ONLY can/​bottle beverages options. I wanted to try this place due to the high ratings provided by other Unilocal members. The hot and sour soup was okay. Now I will say the Mongolian beef was pretty good. You have a choice of soup OR egg roll NOT both. Overrall, was a decent experience but I will stick to China Inn Café off Grand Pkwy 99 they are the best chinese in katy.

Just had lunch delivered. They said about 30 minutes but came in in half the time.
Egg rolls are amazing as well as my beef and broccoli.
My egg drop soup needed a little bit more salt but that was an easy fix.
Overall very pleased and will order again!
