Regular customer here, only three stars per the variety/​quality meat selections.
Cons: Customer service needs improvement, smile more be happy to be alive. (;

Worst panda I’ve been to in a long time.
Came in and we waited 5 min while two of the workers Sarah and Pay did not say one word to us, no hello, welcome to Panda yet they looked at us several times.
Finally guy comes from the back named Dustin and said hello, I immediately thanked him for acknowledging us finally and how he was the first person to do so. You could tell this made his day, he flashed a big smile and helped us out.
Our food was just OK, nothing was Fresh and a lot was empty. I just couldn’t get over how miserable everyone was with their jobs. I get it, it’s fast food but at least give it your best their are some that would love that job.

Worst service ever. If you have a 30 min lunch time don’t go here, wasted 15 min waiting in line for ONE PERSON’S order. Bullshit. I hopped the curb and got out of there before wasting my whole lunch break waiting for ONE PERSON’S order. Overpriced crappy food and slow service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Who runs out of chow Mein!!! Waited 10 mins while the rest of the families food got cold. Not Me, Never again! Poor management at this location.

Really a great thought out idea. Lol. Read the Our Story and genius way to make delivery Chinese a fast food dine in franchise with a drive thru. Pure Genius.
I love the Honey Walnut Chicken even though it’s considered a high price item. Lamesauce. Seriously not enough shrimp or walnuts for the extra tagged price. Ugh. Oh well it’s yummy.
The black pepper chicken is super peppery. Ha. Peppered down.
Chow mein has definitely changed over the decades since I ate at Panda before. It is now not lo mein like it was. Made with chow noodles. Which is dry and plain. No flavor.
Fried rice is a staple and taste like other places.
Ragoons are like just eating really soft cream cheese at room temperature. Kinda sickening. The sauce was tasty yet couldn’t cover up the gross’ness.
Really clean looking establishment, open dining space. Very spacious at 7 o’clock for dinner on a Tuesday.
Orange chicken was good nothing to rant about. Staple again.
It is a great idea, maybe work on recipes or not. Customer service could have used some extra training, but it is what it is.
2 stars for Honey Walnut Shrimp, but minus a star for price on it.

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICES EVER! never have I ever experienced something like this they over charged me, gave me more change than I should have gotten back, and they didn’t give me the food I wanted all on different occasions. I love Panda Express but this one needs new training and people.

Parking lot here is small so finding parking during lunch is impossible. So we ended up at the drive thru. Food portions were a good size. I ordered the orange chicken and black pepper chicken. The black pepper chicken was mainly celery and onions w barely any chicken so wont be ordering that again.

Let me start off by saying I have NEVER written a review before but the service was so terrible in the drive-​thru. She was snappy after we asked just a simple question, she had no patience (mind you we are not the picky type either) and among numerous other things. I really hope they terminate her from her position because there is absolutely no way you can work in a service industry with that attitude. The manager didn’t seem like he cared much either when we approached him. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Please don’t come here. food is cold and very not awesome. service is bad. try the one on Mason. found black items floating in my Sierra mist. shame on this panda express! save your time and your money.

As far as fast food goes, and yes panda express is fast food, panda express is the best in the business for chinese food! Think of another? Dont worry I’ll wait. I have only done drive through here twice and both times amazing and speedy service! Paid and by the time I put my card back in my wallet there was my food! And just as warm and delicious as fake chinese food should be! Its like saying taco bell is authentic mexican! Buuuuut they are both delicious so if you know what your expecting this is great! Dont expect amazing crazy high quality food but expect delicious warm entrees and great lo mein and rice sides! Im all in for it. If you have a problem with that come at me Bro!

This location is just like all the others.
It love the Walnut Shrimps and Sesame Chicken.
Good, Clean, Quick.
But the parking lot is literally 9 lots big. I had to park at the Denny’s right next to it. Not that big of a deal but still.

«Meh.» describes this place perfectly. I have never been a big fan. It isn’t terrible, but it isn’t that great either. If I get another coupon for one free order of orange chicken, I don’t see a reason not to use it though. My wife loves the Honey Walnut Shrimp.
