My friends were going out of town and dropped their dog, Eva here a couple days ago.
They asked me to pick her up because they get in late tonight.
I was in major traffic and knew they were closing soon.
I called them and spoke to the person who answered the phone.
She said fir me to drive safe and just let her know when I get there or was close by.
I ended up being almost an hour late due to houston traffic!!! I felt so horrible but she was ready for me when I got there.
The place is huge and Eva was playing with her outside in the ginormous play area.
She had me come inside to the kennel and even offered to show me around. She gave me the run down on Eva’s stay with them. Apparently they let her play in the mud and then gave her a bath as well.
Eva had a cute bandana around her collar that they gave her. It was such top notch service that I had to take a moment and leave a great review. Seems like they really take pride in caring for the animals and not just locking them up in a cage.
What a great place and even better customer and animal service!
Thank you! I see why my friends bring their puppy here.

Hands down the best play area I have ever seen at a pet boarding location. I drive past 6 other dog boarding facilities that are closer to my house to come here when I have to leave town on business.

My husband and I went on vacation for 12 days. We boarded our dogs at Circle Ranch. We called while we were gone and told they were fine. When we picked them up, we were told they had no problems, but it was very clear our oldest dog lost weight. He was so sick when he came home. I called Circle Lake and was told they had no problems. I told them I was going to take him to our vet. They asked who our vet was and I told them. When I got to the vet, he told me that circle lake ranch emailed them detailing how sick our dog was. I was so angry. That is how we found out our dog was indeed sick while in there care. When I called and spoke to the manager, she just sat there and said «what do you want from me?» Please if you love your pets, never board them here. We are so sad at how sick our dog is.
