I stopped in while running an errand to the bank just because I had a craving for spaghetti. My craving was met with full satisfaction with a very nice dish of spaghetti and meat sauce. For fast food Italian this place is not bad at all. Free breadsticks, you cannot go wrong.

Now the one star(edit: I raised it to two because the food and service really is great) may seem harsh but the older I get the less I like getting ripped off. I bought a $ 25 gift card from here because doing so got me a free meal so that’s fine. The food is delicious, the staff are polite, the to go is good and dining in is great and the free bread sticks are always a delicious delight. But!!! I used twelve dollars and something cents on the gift card one time and that’s fine but the next time I came back they wouldn’t take the gift card. They could tell that I used 12 and change off of it but there was some sort of glitch with it and I couldn’t use the rest of it. Talked to the manager and that didn’t help and they just blamed it on the computer and said that happened sometimes. They did give me two free bread sticks while I was waiting for them to figure it out but in the end I never did get to spend the other twelve and change that was still left on the gift card. And they knew there was a glitch otherwise it wouldn’t have said on the computer that twelve and change had been spent without any accounting for the other twelve and change. What makes me really mad and sad is that this really is a great place to eat and now I can’t go there on principle because I got ripped off by a glitch in their computer system even if all the people were nice and the food is great anyway. Oh, one other thing I didn’t like though on occasion is that even though they say they are open until 10pm sometimes they close a bit early so you get to the drive-thru and you think you just made it on time but I guess they already started cleaning the kitchen. A lot of places do that though and even if it’s irritating I suppose it’s just the American way so I didn’t actually hold it against them that much but thought it’s worth mentioning in case you think you are just going to make it on time and then you see the lights are on but noboby’s answering.

Karen was the young lady running the show. The food is what I will review instead of the people because if the service wasn’t absolutely amazing I would not have bought here if not. The food hot and delicious !!!

I’m giving 3 stars for this one. Normally, I LOVE Fazoli’s. The breadsticks are phenomenal. I ordered the Baked Spaghetti, which is a favourite of mine. I’m not sure how these guys eat spaghetti, but I’m pretty sure there is sauce involved. The first bite was a bit dry, and the second, and the third. I then flipped the spaghetti over and it was completely dry. Three quarters of the noodles were bone dry. No sauce period! I love spaghetti sauce, and was super disappointed with this one. A little more sauce won’t break the bank guys!

This is a very neat place to go if you’re an Italian food fan. Personal favorite– the deep dish lasagna. The interesting part about this place is that it is considered«fast food» Italian, but has the quality of a dine-in restaurant. The staff is polite, and there is the option to dine inside which is a real treat because… free breadsticks! Up until now, I’d always believed Olive Garden to have the best bread sticks but Fazoli’s has them beat by far. Downside, and reason for losing a star is the breadsticks in the drive-thru. They used to give you a breadstick while you were waiting in your car for your food to come out, which was super fun. Now, that doesn’t happen, and they only give you 2 breadsticks free. Any extras cost 99¢ so beware. Inside, though, they are unlimited, which I think is a little unfair to those who simply can’t get out of the car to go inside. Still a great place to go! Wish there were more locations closer to inner Houston.

I love this place! I have to come here every time I am out in Houston visiting! We use to have these in AZ when I was little. I dont know how else you can win by getting decent Italian food, quickly, for half the cost of an Italian restaurant! Its perfect! The portion size is very generous for the price and its indescribably delicious for a fast food place. Best perk… you get ALLTHEBREADSTICKSYOUWANT for… FREE99! Who can beat that?! I dont know how there are not a billion of these places in every state. Great job Fazoli’s! You really satisfy my inner fat girl when I am on a budget! Mmmmm Mmmmmm good!

It’s Italian fast food and just makes the cut as far as quality goes. Prices are on the higher end of the spectrum. However, the food came out fresh and hot. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo sauce was not bad and the chicken was juicy. They actually had forgotten the chicken but they were happy and quick to remedy that. Bread sticks are what’s up, they’ve always been consistently good throughout the years. Meatball sub thing was alright, definitely filling. Italian donuts were tasty for sure. We had to wait awhile cause they fried them up fresh, worth it.

Workers were extremely rude it seems like its frozen food not worth the prize but yet again it has a drive thru so you can’t expect great quality.

Had a little problem with our order, they were very apologetic and made it right! Love this place. The food is always good. Had the loaded pizza bake. A little salty for my taste, but if you like pepperoni and Italian sausage, you’ll love it! Husband had the loaded chicken and broccoli penne, wonderful! Eat here again and again.

Went here today and was totally weirded out by my experience. My friend and I took our two toddlers for lunch and were surprised to see that all of the patrons, besides us, we’re single men sitting alone throughout the restaurant. At first it was just funny, but more men kept coming in and getting tables by themselves and we started wondering if we had missed a memo??? Staff members, although nice and friendly, were also strange, making the entire experience one that my friend and I will definitely remember, although probably not for the right reasons. Breadsticks are still amazing, ravioli just so so. Overall, I was not impressed, although if you are a middle aged single man this seems to be your hangout.

Breadsticks were ok. I wouldn’t recommend this place. And for the price? Ummm… No. Way overpriced and not worth your money for«cheap Italian». Tea wasnt sweet, chicken was not tender and the sauce was not at all flavorful. Our meal was over $ 22 for two combos. Never again will I pay for prepackaged spaghetti and sauce.

I love Fazolis! They are hard to come by these days. This Fazolis is not the best that I have been to, but I have no complaints. If you get a combo the meal is around $ 8 which is kinda pricey for fast food, but I will definitely be back the next chance I get.

Cheap Italian food at its best! I used to eat at Fazoli’s before I could drive. The free bread sticks is the first thing that took my attention. They’re soft and filled with buttered garlic. Not too salty either. I know it may sound a bit bad, but they taste great! They hand these out when you’re in the drive-through and while waiting in line. Sad to say, the last location in Houston is on Fry rd. A far, far drive away from my house. But I wouldn’t miss the spaghetti and meatballs they serve. I love their food even when it’s fast food.

Cheap italian food. Order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The prices are very reasonable about $ 6 – 8. They also give you one breadstick upon arrival and one with your meal. Delicious and buttery. Its italian fast food. They need more locations.

Okay so let’s start out with the breadsticks. Can anyone say delicious?! At this location they pass out the deliciousness right when your in line waiting to order. On the controversy, let’s talk about the main entrée… It takes a while for the order to cook, but that’s given for Italian food. You have to heat the pasta, sauce and whatever meat or so and so. BUT when your order is completely wrong it gets a bit frustrating. I always order the lasagna or Raviolis, however this time I ordered chicken Parmesan and it was sadly dry and flavorless. Let’s give the grand prize to the breadsticks because they are buttery and full or garlic and that sold the deal for me.
As for my fiancé, he always has a complicated order and this location(which is the only one I know in Houston) usually knows how to work the order correctly! But this time they demolished it completely. He order the trio sampler and he doesn’t like lasagna so he substitutes it for spaghetti and they have him lasagna with two spaghettis? We paid extra and they still messed it up, so we kindly took it back and made them change it again and they messed it up again. We had to get our money back and post this review. How sad fazoli’s. I loved you since I was about 10. Now you lost my fiancé’s service.

It’s fast food, it has a drive through, and it’s Italian! The prices can’t be beat by those overpriced sit down places. And you get breadsticks soon as you show up! Others(aside from Mex restos) should learn this trick of appeasing hungry customers immediately!

I’ve eaten here numerous times over the last 4 years. Always been descent food for less than Olive Garden prices. The last time I was there a massive cockroach(one of the kind with the tan stripe around its head) was running around in the dining room. Absolutely disgusting. I tried not to draw attention to it because my wife has a weak stomach. Of course, someone at a nearby table ran over and stomped on it right by us. I’ll never go back as I still feel nauseated when I think of the place. The manager didn’t act like it was that big of a deal when I told her they needed to clean up the mess. My question is do they have giant cockroaches like that running around wild in the back where the food is prepared/stored. Frackin’ nasty.

Oh Fazoli’s. Dear Dear Fazoli’s. I understand why so many people leave disappointed with the quality. The problems is that they for some reason have forgotten that they walked into a fast food place. Come on now, there’s a drive-thru. Once you realize or remember you are partaking of Italian fast food, you will be in a much happier place. No one goes to McDonald’s and expects an amazing quality burger. I personally find happiness in some great Fazoli’s baked spaghetti. It’s really too bad that it is so far away from us. We will actually drive out here once and awhile for awesome fast food baked spaghetti and bread sticks!

First, the place seems to have been completely renovated since some of the negative reviews about the ceiling tiles etc. The restaurant is very clean and had an excellent staff. Ok, now the food is nothing to brag about but it is pretty good. Coming to this Fazoli’s ended about a 6 yr drought for me since I haven’t been since graduating college in Florida. They do have the free bread sticks which is a plus and the pasta meals are pretty good at about $ 10/person. Don’t expect too much, it obviously can’t be compared to an Olive Garden, Carrabba’s or other sit down Italian place.
