This place sees me multiple times a day. I started getting the Fat Burner tea with honey. It’s so delicious. Then I tried the Caramel Latte, delicious but I like to add a extra shot of expresso to it. Now I’m on the MilkTea twice a day I have to have it! It’s a perfect place to study or just go and chill and socialize. I hang out there when I have papers to write and when I get hungry I just go to the restaurant hooked to it. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Also, fusion will let me call ahead and when I get there my drink is already made. My kids love the slushy’s but they only come in 20oz size. All the drinks are around $ 3.50. Great price and better than Starbucks!

I come here each time I visit my parents in Cypress. It’s the only place which is close by. It’s a small place with some modern décor. The menu is smaller than other boba places I usually go to. They have magazine rack and a display of tea sets and products. They do not serve snacks and don’t play music. It’s seems a very low key boba place. They do have free wifi. Everytime I come here, their boba turns out good.

A boba shop who advertises boba, but doesn’t have boba is bullshit. They need to have boba at all hours that they are open, and not only before the sunsets. People come here for the boba drinks, not for the smoothies.

They serve really big drinks here. Friendly service, and good drinks. ++

The drinks taste decent. I like the quality of the cup. Not all boba places have that kind of quality to get strong grip of holding. It’s only a little bit off at the cashier counter, it is quite crowded when I walked into the store and saw it. It would be nice to see cashier’s welcoming face. I gave this place 4 star because the drink is good, the service is not bad, and the nice clean ambiance.

Eh. I like the fact that it’s opened late but I wish there was more UMPH to it… Like why don’t they play music? Or serve yummy snacks? I also thought it was strange how one of the workers had to babysit her kid while taking orders, maybe it was just a bad night! Also, no Vietnamese coffee? Strange!!! The tea was ok, I prefer Teahouse or Honeybee. Probably won’t return.

A place I will be coming back to! They add protein to your smoothie and the place is very nice to just read a book or hang with friends. The best part is it’s open later then the competition

I just got out of class and wanted to visit this tapioca joint because it was so nearby. literally down the street! It was pretty early when I went; so there was only one person there and he seemed to be studying. I noticed a lot of outlets on the wall near the tables and seating area, which is a plus if you come here to study. The concept is interesting. There are some porcelain tea cups hanging around and displayed and they have a huge magazine stand on both sides of the counter. If you want to read the latest gossip and enjoy a cup of tapioca then this is the place to visit. The further I walked into the establishment the quicker I realized this strange odor. It smelled like an unclean restroom or just dirty water standing for a long period of time. For a tapioca joint, I expected a bigger variety on their menu, but it was sadly limited. That didn’t stop me from getting 2 drinks though and I tried the green tea with cream and the jasmine green tea. I asked for tapioca in one of my drinks and none in the other. The wait wasn’t too long because I was the only one ordering, but I received my drinks with tapioca in both. The person working must have put it in by habit, but that irked me a bit, because I’m not a tapioca fan. GREENTEAWITHCREAM This green tea milk tea was not bad. It was milky and creamy, but not heavy. I like that it wasn’t overly sweet, but the green tea flavor was not very noticeable and tasted more of milk than of green tea. JASMINEGREENTEA This drink was cold and refreshing, something that would be much enjoyed on a hot summer day. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but the aromatic jasmine flavor could really be tasted. TAPIOCA The tapioca were really chewy and had a weird flavor when i first tried it. I didn’t like it too much. My initial decision was best. no tapioca please and next time. I’ll make sure to emphasize that! I think 3 stars is sufficient. 3.5 stars would be rewarded if the stench wasn’t so pungent. If I ever crave for a tapioca drink while I’m in the area then I’ll stop by. I might even use this place as a little study spot if I’m craving for a sweet drink. I don’t know how busy it gets or how crowded, but if I come in the mornings then I’ll pretty much have the whole establishment for myself. I’ll be trying other drinks on their menu before I truly decide where this place stands for me, but for now. I’ll probably stick to the cleaner smelling establishments.

All is great, love their Thai tea tapioca, but my niece ordered a coffee blended drink that comes with a small straw, it was a chocolate chip, mint and coffee flavor, then she went to ask the lady for a bigger straw, the ones for the bubble tea, my niece took it from the cup and was holding it, and the lady in the reception told her, sorry that’s only for tapioca drinks! What seriously! How rude! She refused to give her a straw for a drink she got from them… Costumer service to me is far more important than anything. The missing stars are for the bad service.

Sadly unimpressed. From the stale moister smell inside to the hard bobba and the mediocre tea inbetween it wasnt worth the time. We decided to drive out of our way to go here because of the great ratings and the fact that it was open late. We must have come just in time for the 3rd shift C team of bobba tea. Sad to say that being adventurous didnt pay this time.

Fusion is seriously the best. I cannot begin to explain the love I have for this place. They have a variety of options ranging from smoothies, coffees, and will even make a protein shake for you. All you health enthusiasts need not to worry about what they use, because everything is 100% natural. I know the owner Bill now because of how much I go. Everyone there is very hard working and will instantly cater to your needs. The prices are great, the drinks taste amazing, and the atmosphere is chill. Wether you come for a drinks or just to study, Fusion is the place to be. They even have an American home style restaurant ran by the same people! Give Fusion a chance and you won’t regret it. Been a loyal customer for years, so I’ve spent my fair share of money on this place. All worth it of course.

Walk into Fusion 36 and your greeted with fresh modern furnishing. The facility is clean, provides free WIFI and assortment of reading materials. The day I visited there was only one person working the counter and making the drinks. He was friendly and quickly got the orders in and out! Prices are affordable ranging from $ 1.50 for a 16 oz. caffe americano to $ 4.25 for other assorted drinks. I ordered the Piña colada and it was made just right.

For a boba place located in the suburbs, it’s actually busier than I thought. I’ve been on a coffee/boba shop hunt for the prefect study spot in the cypress and Katy area. So here’s the rundown: Pros 1. Customer service is really good. The baristas are really nice and they are patient. 2. I tried their black milk tea and it was fantastic! I hate to say it, but in milk tea snob and only certain places will make it right and interestingly enough, this place has made me want to come back. 3. It’s close to home. 4. It’s interesting that it’s connected to a café. Apparently it’s owned by the same owner. 5. They open late. Cons 1. It’s hard to study here. Lots of distractions. It gets so busy at night that I can’t get work done. I mean, it’s great that they’re getting business, but it’s not a place for me to study, unfortunately. 2. Wi-Fi is so SLOW. Another addition to why I can’t study here. So why 4 stars? Their drinks are pretty solid. Like I said, I’m a milk tea snob, and they make pretty darn good milk tea. I just won’t study here.

The girls behind the counter answered all my questions and I had so many. I was looking for a cream sweet Asian tea and I wasn’t too sure about these boba tapioca jellys the teens and hipsters keep talking about. The sweet girl whipped something up for me and it was almost exactly what I expected. It was sweet and tasty, but anything packed with powders and sugars should be, right? The vibe in here was chill. Lots of high schoolers and young adult hipsters hanging out. I’m giving 4 stars only because the drink was packed with powders and sugars not so healthy but other than that this is my new Asian sweet cream tea place.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve been coming here at least once a week since my sophomore year of high school. Everyone there is so kind. But remember, they are human like us meaning if you go in a few mins before they close, they’re going to be tired and not as peppy lol. They’re still kind even when they’re tired. Their taro cream shake with boba is one of my favorites! Their green teas have fruit in them and their Thai tea with boba is by far the best. I’ve gone to SOMANY tapioca places but Fusion is the best to me. Words can not explain how much I miss this place when I transfer to UTSA):

I spotted this place because Unilocal said they close at 11:30 pm. I was driving back home and I had a craving for green tea milk tea, so I had my boyfriend call them around 8:50 pm just to make sure they were open. They said they were closing at 9:30 pm! I had to speed to get my boba fix. Thankfully, I got there around 9:10 pm. *Yelp, you have the wrong working hours up. The establishment was fairly clean and the staff near the register were friendly. I ordered the green tea with cream and lychee jelly. I would have to say this drink was good but more on the sweet side. I would give this drink a(3⁄5). I noticed a lot of people come here to study and also meet up with friends. Overall, I would return to try different items off the drink menu.

Well I’ll be damned. The last time I was at this intersection this entire shopping center didn’t even exist yet. It was just a bare open field of dirt. Well anyways this is a cute little coffee shop. The coffee tastes great and apparently they roast it here. There’s also a nice selection of fruit drinks and smoothies. Comfortable seating.

Much much better! They’ve upgraded to better, sturdier cups. No more flimsy, hard to grip cups! That was my biggest pet peeve about this place. I’m glad they decided to change. Their lemon honey black tea with aloe vera is super refreshing. I love it much more if I’m having a sore throat or something. It’s a little tangy/sour/sweet, just how I like it. I still have some issues with their coffee. It’s usually a little too sweet or creamy for me. But if you prefer your coffee sweet and creamy, then it’s a must try. There’s usually only one girl working and making the drinks, but she’s ninja fast, so it’s not a big deal. And she’s been very consistent with how she’s making them.

I love this place. I always get a strawberry smoothie with black boba and on the days I stop for that 24 ounces pink goodness… the smoothie is the best part of my day. The furniture in the place is a little bit(okay a lot) on the worn side… who ever decided to get black sofas made an error– they show every speck of lint, fuzz or stray hair strand. The workers are always super friendly and kind. I’ve heard them lots of time explaining about the different bobas and jellies to customers who are unfamiliar with this delicious foreign fare. Plus, if you want some food, just stroll over to the café! This place is near the top of the list of things I miss from living in Katy.
