I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns around the country & hands down this is the nicest. When you walk in to the hotel you are greeted with a clean soap smell. The lobby is very clean & the staff friendly. We stayed in a 2 queen mini suite. The room was very clean & bed comfortable. The next morning we are the breakfast & the food was great. Everything was fresh & hot. Over all a great experience.

I stay here for a week at a time quite often yet I am still charged $ 160 per night. I like to exercise. Here is my experience with the ‘fitness center’ — the TV on the wall does not work, the TV on the one eliptical machine is stuck on CNN, the TV on the one bicycle has no sound. The exercise room is filthy. The lobby is dated. For all of the time I have stayed here, there has never been, not once, a bannana available in the morning. The staff is nice and responsive. Everything else is pretty lame.

The rooms was very clean and large. The staff is wonderful. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready yet, so they switched me to a different room immediately, called to make sure the new room was ok, and gave great dinner recommendations. The breakfast includes a lot of choices, and the eating area is pleasant. The wifi can be a bit slow at busy times(particularly around 6 – 7PM), but that’s my only complaint. Easy access, lots of great restaurants close by and not to far from Katy Mills. Will stay again.

I frequently stay with Hampton when I travel due to work — because their brand is so consistent. This hotel is staffed with friendly and helpful associates — the facilities are clean and they did a great job on the interior design of the hotel. If you are in the Katy/Houston area, this is a great option

I’m so happy. A hotel with beautiful wood work, easy check in, clean rooms, and a delicious free breakfast including waffles and eggs? The beds are comfy(fun to jump on), and bathrooms are nice with a faux brown stone trim. All of this for a very affordable price and free parking(a thing I cannot value enough in California or while traveling). The internet service is free but terrible. I was booted off several times. :(But, I would stay here again in a heart-beat. The hotel staff is helpful, and they even give you complimentary toothpaste and razors if needed. I’ve stayed at crappy motels for the same price!

The Hampton Inn in Katy, TX was super clean, very new, and wonderful to stay at. Anytime you book a hotel, the fear is that you’ll arrive to discover that it’s a non-updated dump from the 80’s. Not at all the case here! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are travelling on I-10.

For a Hampton Inn, the one in Katy is great. The rooms are clean and large. The staff is wonderful. I stay here every time I come to Katy.

Once again, I am traveling, and once again, I stayed at a Hampton Inn. Because I spent about a month of the year at these properties, I know what to expect: easy check-in, nice, clean room, smart, attentive staff, good prices, wireless, and breakfast. What separates this property from the others are the appointments to the hotel and the staff. Chelsea and her associate introduced themselves, welcomed me for staying here for the first time, and when I realized I arrived without shaving cream, Chelsea gave me some. Phew! Chelsea saved the day! The room was great: granite tiled entryway, big room, great, comfy bed, and quiet surroundings. If you end up in Katy, stay here because you are really getting a $ 200 room for $ 139. Not bad, huh? The only criticism is that they need a new microwave in the breakfast area. I’m not an electrician, but it was a struggle to use it and then shut off the incessant beeping. The attendant had to unplug it to shut it off. Weird.
