Jack In the Box

we’ll I was already in a bad mood before coming here so I’ll try to be fair. someone ate my lunch at work. So I settled on a hamburger and went here. I was stuck in line behind an unhappy customer that was getting his money back and being apologized too. Finally I get to order and then waited for 10 minutes for a simple combo meal, all the while the manager and employees start celebrating what looked like a good restaurant evaluation from an area manager or something. You can’t make this crap up. Hey don’t they lose points or something for all the unhappy customers right in front of you waiting for food? Anyway, I finally get my food and of course I have to ask for my cup. Seriously? I notice all the JBs in Katy have less than 3 stars except for fry road. But hey according to their eval, they’re celebrating awesomeness. If only someone hadn’t ate my lunch…

Worst Jack in the box in all the world. 15 minutes for a coke at times, always dirty. Takes forever for anything. Just plain ridiculous. Can’t come here anymore. I avoid this Jack in the box.

After a long day in the car, we didn’t feel like searching out a restaurant so we walked here from our motel. The place was about to close, but we got our Ultimate Cheeseburgers and fries to go and they served them up really quickly. The burgers were good for a chain but still just fast food.

The food here is ok. Alot of greasy food but I usually get the grilled Chicken sandwich. OH and the lines here are always long and they never give receipts, so double check, and if you need a receipt verify you get your prior to driving off.

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to! The prices are higher here, The service is always extremely slow, their drinks don’t taste right, and one time I went through the drive-​thru, it was around 10−11am and the girl working the window was grossed out and said the ice cream in the shake machine was left in there all night and hadn’t been cleaned, so it was smelling sour. Never will I order here again!

If I could give it a zero I would. This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever been to. I have attempted to give them chance after chance. Either they don’t give you your entire order, or they over charge you. I will never go back.

Love Jack in the Box, the spicy Chicken sandwich and the Jumbo Jack are my favs. I usually get both sandwiches and a drink instead of a combo. YUM
