Loyal customers for the past 2 years. Convenient location. OK dry cleaning. A few cracked buttons every now and then.
Alteration service is NOT recommended. Returned pants damaged. Girl pointed out their sign saying not responsible for damages. No one has ever pointed it out before or explained their policy! No refund, no discount. NOT even an apology. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Been going here for 7 years and always satisfied with the service and staff. I’ve never used any other one since moving to the neighborhood. They always take good care of my clothes and have them ready when promised.

My favorite neighborhood cleaners. This place always gets my clothes on point and I haven’t had a bad experience with them in the three years you’ve lived out here in Katy. What I like about this place is that they always have $.99 dry cleaning on business shirts and that’s very important to me because I work a corporate gig Monday through Friday and am usually at the cleaners once a month to deposit over 40+ business shirts that I go through in a month.
I don’t come here on a weekly basis I usually wait till I piled up enough and make a trip. They always have a ultrafast turn around and are highly professional. This place is the best in the West in my opinion

This cleaners has been consistently my neighborhood cleaners for years for $ 1.25. You can’t beat that. There was a particular lady that worked there for a while that remembered me by name, which is great customer service. I don’t remember ever having any complaints with the cleaning. The «same day» option is also a good +.
