Placed a carry-​out order online and was at the store within 10 minutes and food was ready and hot, even though the estimated time was 15 – 25 minutes. Thin crust pizza was cooked perfectly with the crispy crust just right and none of it burned like lots of pizza places do. Location is not the best, smack dab in the middle of a high traffic and busy shopping area with little parking. But overall food was great. We’ll be back.

Pizza is usually good and rarely ever any problems with taste.
Problems are usually with the orders being correctly taken. Today’s square cut wasn’t exactly «square».
On past orders, they either forgot to make my pizza or needed to remake one that was incorrectly made. I’ve ordered with this location many times and these issues appeared only 3 – 4 times so far.

We just received and ate our ridiculous pizza! We ordered the «SUMMER SPECIAL» the Chicken Margherita Pizza.
It was terrible. It did not have the right tomatoes on it, it had next to NO chicken and did not
look at all like the pizza it should have. It was almost like it was a cheese pizza with some
«margherita» seasoning packet sprinkled on top. Booooooo! Papa John’s! The delivery was
quick and the driver was nice, but still Booooo!

We always order pizza online and pick up at store. The quality of pizza is really good and they prepare it very fast. So you have to rush there otherwise your pizza will be a bit cold if you get there later than 15, 20 min even though in the confirmation says you need to be there in 30 min.

Ugh.
Terrible terrible service. Ordered online at 6:00 for it to be delivered at 7:30. Called the store at 7:46 and the kid told me they would be at my house in 5 min… uhh YA right!
It’s now 8:15 and just got here.
Driver was apologetic and the food was still warm and good.

It was the worst pizza I ever ate, I ordered the baffalo chicken it was nasty not enough chicken on it and too much baffalo sauce and the bottom was black and they didn’t even bother to cut the pizza I will never go to that location again.

Nothing wrong with the way that the pizza I ordered tasted. Problem I had was with getting an order placed.
After placing my order over the phone, arrived at the store to find that they never made my order. Ended up having to order again and wait. Person who appeared to be the manager on duty appeared to be indifferent to the situation.
Disappointing service from this location. Will look elsewhere next time I want pizza.

Ordered 2 specialty pizzas tonight at 5:54 pm and they arrived at our house in about 35 minutes. This was awesome!
Pizza quality is incredible and very tasty! Driver was very nice. Not sure why other reviewers gave this place a bad rating.
I will definitely order again online from this place!!!

This pizza has the taste of another famous chain which is equally as bad… I’ve given Papa every chance to get it right and this was the last time… it was soooooo dry we could hardly get a bite down without a sip of something, hardly any sauce, hardly any cheese. Oh how I wish Brother’s Pizza off Hwy 6/​I-​10 would venture out this way. Just to get a Papa Pizza you have to wait and wait and wait — they need to improve their service. I just call it like it is.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery (with confirmation number, etc.) at 9:15 pm. It’s 10:55 p. m…and no pizzas. Unforgivable. We live 5 minutes away… and went to HEB an hour ago for two Amy’s pizzas, which have already been baked and consumed.
Not sure what happened… it’s a weeknight and this was two small un-​fussy pizzas, not rocket science.
