Shadara M., the first chair on the right, does an excellent, thorough, gentle threading service. I highly recommend her, even if you need to wait a few brief minutes. It’s worth it!
You’ll even get a distressing temple massage.

Wax was too hot. I received irritation afterwards and my skin literally peeled off. The pain was not worth the price.

Was bringing my «tween» daughter here to get her upper lip threaded every-​other-​week for awhile, good service. Then brought her in for a regular threading, and the lady started to put wax on her. My daughter protested, followed by me protesting, and we were basically ignored. I even told her that my daughter is extremely sensitive to waxing and she argued with me. Of course it left permanent red marks on one side, was painful and my daughter was extremely upset afterward. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I am here for a hair color. I called to ask if i need an appointnent, i asked when their next appointment was. I was told to cone around 1:15. I was promptly shown a chair and the owner colored my hair. As i was getting it colored i asked if hey would blow my hair dry as well because some salons do that. She aaid yes. Then she left. After that the employees said they cannot blow dry my hair because i did not say that on the phone. The difference in experience qhen the owner is here vs when she is not is huge. I would only come here again if the owner assures me she is going to be there the entire time.
