This Sonic has been a constant disappointment. They have never got our order correct. Just tonight even though we pay for cheese on our burger there was none. the burger was cold tasteless. there was so much lettuce that is all you could taste. We have tried this place many time but not again.

I always stop here for breakfast and the employees are super nice. They’re very fast with orders also. I love their croissants, French toast sticks and of course the slushes! Best ice cream too ! Delicious

This place does not give free water in any size for paying customer. I bought a meal and ordered a cherry limeade, sonic cheeseburger and route 44 water. They charged me .75. No big deal. But wanted to charge me for a refill on any size… Really?!? I just paid for a meal!

Nothing special. The fact that they have a drive-thru is a plus I suppose. The one thing that gets on my nerves is when(and if you have read any of my other reviews you may have seen this complaint for other establishments) I find a random ingredient– usually lettuce or onion on my burger, it makes me cry inside. I’m not that picky, but if a place cannot pay attention to a small detail like this, it really makes me question their overall cleanliness inside the place. For my own well being, I won’t even think about this sort of thing.

It is your basic Sonic. Unfortunately during the football season, and the Texans winning, no Sonic has been able to keep up with the demand of slushies! You will find that they run out of syrup, or the machine will break down on a a Texans Tuesday. Cars will be in almost every stall, as well as wrapped around the building for the drive thru. They actually have a sign letting you know that if there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru, it will be quicker to utilize the stalls. That truly needs to change. That truly is a recipe for disaster, and if you look at the other reviews for this place, you will see that I am correct. All in all, it is fast food…

It’s common for a slushie machine to break down, but to not tell the customer until after they put in their order and during a peak business hour, is just wrong. Drive Thru customers means they are on the go, the don’t have time to Drive In. Seriously, this place’s management needs to get its act together.

So I thought Happy Hour was in reference to the discounted price on drinks, not the approximate time you would wait in the drive thru. I made the mistake of stopping here to day. My order was quite simple, 3 drinks. 35, yes 35, minutes later I finally made it to the front of the line. In all this time nobody came to apologize about the wait or offer an explanation. Once the server came with my drinks and I expressed my frustration with the ridiculous wait time she had total attitude with me, stating that the reason for the wait was incompetent staff inside. She then proceeded to give me the phone number for the customer support line and told me to complain about the lack of staffing at the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. So, crappy service + servers with extreme attitude = me not visiting this location again. There are plenty of other Sonics around without the drama. On a side note I did call their customer support line and file a complaint!
