I love shopping at Victoria secret but not anymore. Went shopping a few days ago and spend over 100 $ to come home and find out my perfume that I PAID FOR didn’t even make it in my bag. So the next day I go up there and explain it to a cashier and she ends up telling me that the assistant manager «Annie» is the one that checked me out and didn’t put my paid for merchandise in my bag. To top it off the cashier was completely rude when I asked her if I could get the perfume I paid for and didn’t get and she rudely told me to go get the rest of my stuff I bought & then they could give to me. I live an hour away and they expect me to do that. That assistant manager ended up being on duty that day and I asked the cashier if I could talk to her see if she remembered me from the day before and the said it with the worst attitude ever that I couldn’t because it wouldn’t make a difference. I will NEVER shop at this location again. WORST experience ever shopping here.

Rude, unhelpful employees. Don’t waste your time trying to get assistance from the staff at this location. It is unfortunate they get paid to give distasteful attitude to potential customers. I hope time will change their attitude toward customers or even rid of rude employees!!!

On accident I was the prime example of the worst customer possible. I came in 30 minutes before closing during the semi-​annual sale on New Years Eve with tons of questions and a complicated return. The girl who helped me was the most amazing Sales Associate I ever could have asked for. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond. She even offered to help me find panties to match my bras after the store had closed all while maintaining her smile!

Don’t bother going here or this mall in general. The employees have been consistently rude and unhelpful. The store is always a mess. An awful experience altogether.

I love it. I’ve been here millions of times. They have great service & I always leave with a smile on my face.

This Victoria Secret is nice. There is always something for me to look at as far as variety and the layout is pretty nice. I like the lighting in this store.

It is time to revamp my review. This store has really stepped up its VS Game! They hired better staff, super friendly girls. I love that that have women of all shapes and races working there, so many beautiful women. The staff is always cherrful, attentive and not super pushy!
I went to their VS Angel Fashion VIP party, which was a total flop, I’ll go to a different store for that event.
Semi Annual Sale was AWESOME here, the staff was great with reminding me to look at the boxes under the tabels, telling me the different price points and gave me the scoop that all semi annual bras will be 19.99, sleepware will be 50% off and all unides are 3.99.
I love this store because its the ladies who work there that make it so wonderful. I never have issues with using multiple mailers or free panty coupons.

I love VS. I mean, it’s all great with their coupons, and deals, but the girls working here are either super great or will make you wanna punch them in the throat.
I know working retail sucks, but come on. One time I came here, I was looking for a «teddy» and the girl looked at me like I was speaking alien. After a totally valley girl moment, and she was like, «uh, you mean a babydoll?! I realized I was better off looking on my own. I mean, how silly of me to ask for assistance from someone who works there.
On the other hand, I have encountered some helpful associates, but 1 bad experience can negate the entire experience.
On the plus side (not that they carry plus sizes, but they should), this is a convenient location inside Katy Mills. For quick access (one hand bra on and off, LOL, jk), park at the food court entrance and walk straight in on the right and you’re there.
If you’re looking for more than just bras and panties, may I recommend the PINK yoga and lounge wear. I feel cute and cozy all in one. And who doesn’t love that?!

Twice I’ve been here and twice they messed up my order. Never said sorry and never got it fixed. Overcharged me both times, and justify doing so with completely senseless explanations. Employees at the register who check you out are rude and seem as if they hate their job. They are not very good at math or calculating costs. Also, the underwear section — super messy! The sizes don’t even match the drawer sizes. Had such a hard time finding my size.

I’m not impressed. I bought an item here for $ 45.00, and the next day saw it at Memorial City Mall and online for $ 13.00 less. The prices here aren’t better than online, or in other malls. So, what’s the point? Why have a store in an outlet mall with higher prices?
