Wingstop

Awful service, the people here don’t care about customer service and quite frankly they seemed to hate working there.
I had an extremely irritating experience: so I ordered online at 7:03 pm and all that you know they emailed me, texted me and everything; «order confirmation» it was supposed to be ready at 7:33 so ok I went there.
I showed up around 7:25 got processed and I read on my receipt that it was 7:35 when I paid and ok everything looked fine I was told to wait 10 minutes so I head to my car and waited there, came back inside (this is what bothers me) There was no people ordering it was 3 people waiting for their orders like me, and the cashier she saw, me even smiled at me, but didn’t say anything, I did not wanted to be rude so I sat down and waited and time went by people received their orders I heard their names they were called and at last it was just me and another customer that came after me so I thought that it made sense because all those people got there before me and it was only logic that they’ve received their orders before me, but then it was 8:00pm and I thought «wait a minute it doesn’t make sense I ordered at 7 and yes, they got there before me but they ordered there and I did it online plus my OC said that it was gonna be ready at 7:30» so I decided to end the politeness and approached the cashier and she just gave me a stupid look, and she was like «what’s your name?» So I told her again she turned around and checked and there it was my ordered the whole time! It was even cold by then and I’ve sat there thinking they were making my order and when they had already send it out but no one bother to tell me about it and my foolishness for trying to be good to them and cut them some slack (because I hate those people who are really rude to them sometimes) just made my experience really annoying. She didn’t even said she was sorry.
I really just give 1 star because 0 is not an option. They suck I will never buy from Wingstop again!
I used to spend at least 150 a month on average because I used to go every weekend but no more. I’ve had enough dissatisfactions from them.

It was a pretty bad overall experience. I ordered online and had cash when I came in. I was under the impression that this should make everything easier on Wing Stop. Giving the location plenty of time to have my order ready, have cash, and was there on time. I arrived to a lady cleaning the fryers, who looked at me, didn’t say hi, but yelled at another staff member to «get their ass to the front and help the customer!» Didn’t really find that appropriate especially since I had my 9 year old with me. Not only was the staff awful, but I didn’t receive the right size side, the fries were cold and soggy, and I was missing another side as well. I ordered a large family meal for a bunch of people. I normally, when ordering that much food, would never count the wings, but since they didn’t even give me the right size side and forgot the veggies; I did go ahead and count once I got the food home. As expected I was short 3 wings, its stupid stuff like that where businesses lose their customer base. Wing Stop is not immune either, as there are a lot of other choices when it comes to wings.
***I want to emphasize that I am only expressing this because my expectations are so low, as is, Wing Stop in my opinion, is fast food. I don’t expect great service or great food, but I do have a very low base as to what I expect. When a place like this cant even hit those low standards it is a problem.

Worst location is in Katy on Mason Rd. They are always missing part of a order, don’t bother ordering online because they will not make it until you walk in and they take forever. Taste is good but so annoyed, will not be coming back, which is sad because I live right down the street. I have also banned my family members and friends from coming here. Smh

I like this location a lot. If I place my order online or through my phone I rarely have to wait. Ordering on the phone can be hit or miss. I’m obsessed with Wingstop’s fries. They give you a lot and their seasoning is amazing. I don’t know what they put it, maybe crack because it’s so addictive. My only complaint is that’s never warm by the time I get home and I only live 2 mins away.
All of the employees I’ve encountered have been polite and friendly especially Charles. He’s the nicest guy and a great asset to this restaurant.

This place always gets my order wrong! They can’t even get an 8pc Louisiana rub order correct. They gave me 7 pieces, they can’t count! What’s the deal? This is the latest mistake «in a long list of careless mistakes» that proves how poor training and bad management can lose loyal customers. I called the manager, Augusto, he couldn’t have cared less. Unfortunately, the owner of this location ownes all of the locations near my home. Including; Mason Rd., Fry @ I-​10 and Katy Mills. The Wingstop franchise has amazing wings, unfortunately, this particular owner does not care or value his customers. If another Wingstop with a different owner opened up right next door, I’m almost certain that this guy would go out of business. If you choose to eat at any of these locations make sure to check your order before you leave and your cc card when you get home. These guys have double charged my cc, charged me for someone else’s order, put the the wrong flavor (sauce) on my wings, forgotten parts of my order, given me boneless when I ordered bone in and the list goes on… I’m done with giving these guys any more chances. If I could give them a less than zero, I would.

Spent my fair share of years working in the food industry so I understand that in the last couple hours before close when it’s slow things become more laid back… but damn. In less than 5 min of being inside this wing stop I had to listen to a line cook drop F Bombs and witnessed her go behind the drink merchandiser in the front, eat some food she had stacked back there and go back to preparing food with her bare hands that were just sticking food in her mouth without washing them. That’s disgusting.

A decent percentage of the time they are a bit sluggish to get your meal out on time or when they tell you it will be done by. Beyond that the food is good and the sauces are as well.

Services was really slow but the wings were really delicious! Will eat here again every now and then.

As an avid WingStop lover I must say this WingStop is the best one I’ve been to in the Houston area, between the great customer service (especially from Charles, nicest worker I’ve ever met) to the cleanliness of the restaurant, and even the food seems to taste better, maybe because the customer service is so good, maybe it actually is better

This wingstop is horrible at following directions. I have asked not once but twice now for extra well done wings, and to my surprise when I get them home, they barely looked cooked. It’s ridiculous you spend $ 20 on wings and then have to recook them yourself. It’s like I just gave money away. So disappointed. I live less than a mile away, and from now on I will travel to another store, so my wings will be done correctly.

I always enjoy Wingstop. Our usual flavors are mango habanero, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. For some reason this time around, the wings were a pretty good size. Redeemed my large order of bday fries… fries were a little cold, but that’s probably b/​c I came a few min late to pick up my order. Nonetheless, this place always get my order right. I think though back then you could get a 15 wing combo with fries and a drink for $ 15.99…now you only get 12 wings… boo…

Wings are always the right crispiness and flavor. Can’t go wrong with Cajun, Louisiana rub, and lemon pepper.

Pretty good bird!!! Good service with a nice environment to chill out or pig out. This is a good place to meet friends.

I have had better. Go combo. Teriyaki and lemon pepper. Teriyaki = wings were swimming in the sauce. Lemon pepper had grease and dry rub soy ped at bottom. Fancy drink machine but every other drink was avail. Otherwise clean resturant.

Use to be huge wingstop fan, but now wingstop has the smallest wings (meat), and are extremely overpriced. By the time you leave wingstop, you end up paying about $ 10, and disappointed that you just ate scraps.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a much better option.

I’m giving this wingstop a five star for wings. They are always consistent and we are always happy with our order. They hit the spot for wings. We would order more but, but of course, they are super fattening. No one is ever disappointed with these wings when we bring them home.

I generally like Wingstop but this location is lousy. Inaccurate orders, over cooked food and high school kids that are just there for a check.
Our last (and final) order from this place had the styrofoam melted to the food and missing veggies and ranch that were requested and paid for.
Go somewhere else for wings.

Um I literally CRAVE this place weekly but since I’m getting married I’ve decided to cut back on these weekly fixes… anyways every time we come here we order out and it’s consistent every time, wings are always crispy and hot. The fries are fresh however if you are a tad late picking up your order they will sog. :-/
We always order the garlic Parmesan and Cajun! Yummy!!! You can also ask for all drums or wings if you’d like.
The ranch is out if this world, I’m lactose in-​tolerant but id drink a tub of their ranch it’s so good!!! Lol
So order up! Wings are always ready in like 13 minutes I believe! Enjoy!
Also there’s one guy that always answers the phone and he’s so nice! Don’t be cheap tip a buck on your to go order, these people work hard to serve us! ;-)

My husband and I usually go to BW3 but decided to give Wing Stop a chance since it’s close to the house. We placed the following order for pickup:
8 boneless wings with Teriyaki and Garlic Parmesan sauce
5 boneless wings with Louisiana Rub sauce
8 boned wings with Honey BBQ and Hawaiian sauce
The order was correct and completed timely, however we gave them a one star because of the following reasons:
1. No ranch dressing came with our order (has to be a combo). Who eats wings without sauce?
2. We were not given any napkins
3. For the boned wings we didn’t get any drums (not sure if this is normal)
4. The Teriyaki sauce was HORRIBLE. Tasted nothing like teriyaki
5. All the wings were drenched in sauce. I love sauce but this was out of control
6. For the boneless wings, the chicken was shaped like perfect small blocks, something I’ve never seen before. The taste was also strange and just didn’t taste like fresh chicken
Overall horrible food and I would never go back.

I am shocked that I have not been here in my Unilocaling career until this point! Alas, the need for wings arose for some football munchies, and outside of a 2 for 1 Tuesday at another wing spot which will remain nameless in this review, Wing-​Stop is a go to establishment.
The one thing that makes Wing-​Stop, Wing-​Stop is consistency. They consistently have the same flavor, wing size and wait time no matter what time of the year you go. I wish they would get bigger wings, but they are normally the exact same size no matter what!
One thing that is really cool is the Coco-​Cola machine located inside. They have your basic drinking options, but the machine has a crap load of flavors that you can mix into the drink you choose. If you ever wanted to taste what a peach flavored Sprite would take like, then here is your chance! Fruit punch flavored Coca-​Cola, then go nuts and do that! There are so many possibilities to whereas you could go crazy mixing your drink concoctions!
All in all, this chain restaurant is who they are, and flavored consistent, small winged food spot. Sign up online to, on occasion, get coupons and what not in your email. You also get birthday wings from them when signed up online.
