Excellent cappuccino. They use a really good quality bean for a super flavorful smooth cup of coffee. I had a scone too. It was warm, delicious and melt-in-your-mouth. My coffee was served in a foam to-go cup which was kind of a shame because coffee that good deserves a real cup. Next time I go back I’ll ask for a real cup.

Well I had a very interesting experience here. I was lost on my first day on Molokai and separated from my family. I wandered in here to find a little girl playing behind the counter, a baby in a bouncer, and a man at one of the tables looking at porn on a desktop computer that he had set up. The espresso was good. Free wifi. Found my family after enjoying the AC for a few minutes.

BESTCOFFEEONISLAND! Their Vanilla bean blended drink is better than anything I’ve ever tasted at Starbucks. If you’re going for a healthy route they have a kale smoothie that even the kids would love! Also the only place on island that sells paninis and boba teas(they call them bubble drinks). Talked with the owner for a little bit and found out they use fresh local ingredients as much as possible. Great local shop with delicious food and friendly service!

The cappuccino here is one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of cappuccinos around the world. Good coffee and well frothed milk. They obviously know what they’re doing here. I visit family in Moloka’i often, and this is a great addition to the island.

A godsend on Molokai(in Kauanakakai just off the«strip,» haha) if you’re looking for something prepared, quick and reasonably healthy/fresh. Hot/cold coffee drinks, smoothies, bubble tea, basic and filling panini sandwiches, etc. Think coffee shop w/really simple food, really. Our server was a super-sweet one woman show, making the paninis and coffee drinks for all of the customers in the joint. Solid+simple, basic+affordable. Boom.

I’m a regular here at Tikis and visit here around once a week on average(sometimes more, sometimes less). The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The coffee is great and the food is good too. My favorites are the breakfast sandwiches/panini’s and the Kale smoothie. I will often spend several hours in the shack with my laptop working. Unfortunately due to the ridiculous cost of electricity on Moloka’i they had to stop providing plug-in availability for laptops, but that just means I have to be more efficient with my time online. :-) Actually, most places on Molokai don’t allow you to plug in so this is pretty normal for the island. Also, the cost of Moloka’i grown coffee has recently gone way up so I think the local blends might start going up in price. But since I’m really not a connoisseur of coffee, I can almost never taste the difference. Plus, as I said, I mainly get the Kale smoothie these days. :-) Oh, and their scones are excellent too. Get them early in the morning when they’re hot and fresh!

Coffee is better than Starbucks, they only sell Molokai coffee. Awesome scones and best fresh smoothies. Would definitely recommend them, if you look at Tracy W’s reviews she rates every place on Molokai low.

for a coffee shop, their coffee sucks! you can get better coffee right next door at the mini mart, hilarious. none of the staff know how to smile, must be a molokai thing they stare at you awkwardly and make you very uncomfortable while you figure out what to order. they have a few seats but i won’t eat/drink/sit there anymore because the weird workers don’t have enough to do so they stare at you and don’t know how to read the customers. I really wanted to chill and focus on my emails but they kept talking to me and trying to sell me crap. i can’t believe the coffee at the gas station is even better then tikis, in & out fast.

Lovely ambience & great service. We stopped in for a quick coffee but will definitely be back to sample some of the panini sandwiches and bubble drinks!
