I had been into this location previously and not had any issues. But this time I came in with a kid I watch who is mentally challenged. They initially greeted me and said they would get to me as soon as possible. During this time the kid I was with was busy checking out all the tablets and phones. However only a few phones seemed to be real phones and were on for you to look at, mostly the high end Samsung Android phones and the iPhones. Everything else was fakes.
What I wanted to look at was the Nokia Lumia 950 but it was a fake.
While I was waiting the staff clearly skipped me and started helping several people who came in after me. I finally got tired of waiting and left. Next time I will just go to the official store on Hawthorne.
