This location does not deserve a rating. Don’t expect a quick or non-judgmental experience when you go here. I waited for over an hour and a half because a worker was running late. I was not acknowledged for at least 30 minutes of being there. When she finally arrived she seemed upset that I was waiting for her to simply do her job. Had she been there and not late I would have been in and out within 5 minutes. The other employee who was training an employee could have helped me many of times but chose to make me wait instead of having the trainee help me and LEARN his NEW job. Isn’t that what training is about? Very annoyed of the time I wasted… all to be treated like a typical sprint customer. I really HATE sprints customer service. Cheap rates=Cheap service. I will never choose this location again and I wish I could actually complain to someone that mattered and cared. Worst sprint store ever. LAZY and VERYunhelpful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to the store to get a 15% discount applied to my acct that was a promoted offer on a high school fundraising coupon card. The guy looked at it and said he didn’t know anything about it or how to apply it to my acct. I asked him if he could call someone to find out to which he replied«I wouldn’t know who to call.» Uhhhh … How about your supervisor? Guaranteed I will be calling them to let them know how poor my experience was.
